<p>Hello,</p>
<p>My name is Joe.  I would like to let you know that I just bought a new<br />
car at the Infiniti-Westborough.  And WOW, buying from Herb<br />
Chambers-Westborough was the best thing I could have done.</p>
<p>This is a long story but I will try to keep it short.  I bought a g37 sedan<br />
from your Westborough dealership about 3 weeks ago.  First off the<br />
dealership itself is beautiful and elegant, kind of like a jewelry store for<br />
automobiles.  Pranav Gil and the salesman Jess, I forgot his last name, were<br />
both great, professional and very helpful.  And I walked out happy.</p>
<p>But soon after, I regretted getting the sedan as I am more of a coupe type<br />
person. So I decided to trade in the sedan for the coupe.  So I went to the<br />
Norwood Infiniti as it was closer to my house.  And I was very shocked and<br />
disappointed at how different the car buying experience was between your<br />
dealership and that of Norwood.  Norwood was horrible, they promised things<br />
they couldn&#8217;t deliver, their salesperson was not knowledgeable of the car<br />
and its options, and the list goes on. They made me feel like they were<br />
doing me a favor by letting me trade in the car that I just bought. I felt<br />
like a second class customer and I was not treated very well.      </p>
<p>So I decided to go back to your Westborough location.  And I am so glad I<br />
did.  Pranav welcomed me back again with kindness and professionalism.<br />
Pranav introduced me to salesman Anthony Carlino, who was beyond<br />
outstanding.  I can&#8217;t say enough about Anthony, he spent a whole day with me<br />
getting the deal done and he was very empathetic to my situation.  Anthony<br />
knew the car inside and out.  His confidence was comforting and infectious.<br />
Overall, Anthony went above and beyond his job description to not only close<br />
the &#8220;deal&#8221; but he also made me feel like a top rated customer, who won the<br />
day.  And even after a day, he checked in to see how I was doing.</p>
<p>I know I failed at making this short but I was so impressed with the<br />
Westborough Infiniti that I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your<br />
dealership was to me.  I am a Boston firefighter and I will definitely<br />
recommend Herb Chambers to all my co-workers, friends and family when buying<br />
a car.</p>

<p>I just purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37 from your new dealership in Westborough, MA.  It is a fabulous car and I am absolutely thrilled with how it drives.</p>
<p>The facility at Westborough is beautifully designed.</p>
<p>All of the people that I encountered were extremely professional.</p>
<p>Anthony began the process by providing me with all the information about the features of the Infiniti that would help me make a decision.  He was extremely knowledgable about the Infiniti but did not pressure me in any fashion.</p>
<p>Paul stepped in to help with negotiating an agreement on the price of the vehicle.  I had checked the pricing with Edmunds.com and felt as if the negotiated price was very fair.</p>
<p>The next day I returned to decide on the color and discussed financing and various package options with Rich.</p>
<p>Finally I returned on Friday for my final inspection of the car and explanation of all the bells &#038; whiistles.  Anthony did a superb job in familiarizing me with my new vehicle.</p>
<p>On Monday he drove to my office picked up the car, got it registered and inspected and then returned it to me.  The service was wonderful.  I have been talking about your organization all weekend.  Thank you for making it such a positive experience.</p>

<p>I am very happy to write to you regarding the dealership that I visit to take care of my car-the Westborough Honda dealership.</p>
<p>Mr. Abdul Khalid sold my husband and I, two new vehicles last year.</p>
<p>I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and my husband Kevin, a Honda Pilot. We were both very happy with Mr. Khalid and will readily recommend him to more potential customers. Mr. Khalid was very helpful and went out of his way to provide both of us with information and get vehicles we both enjoy driving.</p>

<p>I feel I am being unfaithful to my Audi TT&#8221;. Mr. Khalid did a graet job of finding a car that fitted my travels.</p>
<p>I am also very happy about other personnel as well.</p>
<p>Mr. Tom Van Fechtmann, the manager for the store from my first visit, made me feel welcomed. He and other staff members collectively made Honda an easy place to visit and get my car serviced and cared for. My car had a small issue that came up, and Mr. Van Fetchtmann went out on a limb to fix the issue. I was very impressed by his commitment to provide service excellence.</p>
<p>Today, Mr. Allon Swift, much like his name, got me in and out of the dealership after grade B type service on my Accord. </p>
<p>Overall, I am very happy regarding the service that is provided at the Wesborough location. I have found that the personnel at the dealership to be friendly, efficient, provides quality work and to be extremely professional.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A little over a month ago I had the pleasure of working with Bethany and her team at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough when I purchased a 2008 CRV. It was my first time going through the dealership process and everyone was very attentive and understanding. Bethany took the time to find out what was important to me and then applied that to our test drives. Two of the key selling points for me on the CRV were the backseat mirror built into the sunglass holder and the fold down center tray for accessing the backseat. Both small things, but since Bethany knew that my life revolved around children with severe special needs, my dog, and my family, she was able to find the car that suited all my needs and more. To date my Honda CRV is my second most pleasing purchase (second only to my dog). The car has performed beautifully in all types of weather. This being New England, I have had the opportunity to drive it in the snow, ice, sleet, slush, etc and I have always felt confident in the CRV&#8217;s handling and control. (To be honest during some of the big storms this winter, I felt safer in the CRV then I had in my previous car &#8211; a Jeep Cherokee.) I continue to be impressed by the service provided at Herb Chambers, whether its through Bethany calling to check in, an email from the service department, or simply knowing that I can always get my car washed &#8211; I feel valued as a costumer and part of the Honda family. I made the right decision when I went to Herb Chambers and while I&#8217;m sure my next vehicle will be many years down the road, I will be coming back to Herb Chambers because they have earned my trust and confidence. I am proud to be a Honda owner and thank you for the &#8220;great experience&#8221; of buying my new CRV!</p>

<p>I truly believe people should no matter what the circumstances to be treated with respect and composure. A recent trip to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough gave me the notion of that very statement listed above. I observe the signs of an honorable or a dis-tasteful/weak dealership before any kind of service is done on any of my vehicles.</p>
<p>While at this particular dealership on 29th of November I noticed every team member working for one another and for the customer and not the dollar. I must say it really impressed me, Not only with my service but others as well. As long as I reside in this area I will only conduct my vehicle business with this dealership (they are the epitome of respect and composure).  If all the Chains of Herb Chambers are like this then I think the rest of the Consumer Market should take lessons!  Truly a customer who will never forget, Thank You.</p>
