Excellent Car Buying Experience, Herb Chambers Honda Westborough, Gina – Holliston, MA

This was my first experience in buying a car at a Herb Chambers
dealership and it was the wonderful. Pleasant is usually not a word one uses
to describe car buying but it was. It was by far the best experience I have
had in purchasing a car. My salesman Khoa Nguyen was excellent. He could not
have been better. He was straight forward, non agressive, and very
informative. I have been telling everyone I know that I will never buy a car
anywhere else.

I just purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37 from your new dealership in Westborough, MA. It is a fabulous car and I am absolutely thrilled with how it drives.

The facility at Westborough is beautifully designed.

All of the people that I encountered were extremely professional.

Anthony began the process by providing me with all the information about the features of the Infiniti that would help me make a decision. He was extremely knowledgable about the Infiniti but did not pressure me in any fashion.

Paul stepped in to help with negotiating an agreement on the price of the vehicle. I had checked the pricing with Edmunds.com and felt as if the negotiated price was very fair.

The next day I returned to decide on the color and discussed financing and various package options with Rich.

Finally I returned on Friday for my final inspection of the car and explanation of all the bells & whiistles. Anthony did a superb job in familiarizing me with my new vehicle.

On Monday he drove to my office picked up the car, got it registered and inspected and then returned it to me. The service was wonderful. I have been talking about your organization all weekend. Thank you for making it such a positive experience.

In today’s world, where “good enough” seems to be the norm, and bad experiences seem to be the most remembered, I wanted to call your attention to a degree of excellence and professionalism that is sadly unexpected these days.

 

The sales person that helped me was George Asare in your Westborough Ford Dealership. He was patient, courteous, helpful, professional, and above all, a true gentleman.

 

Sure, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in quality and features that Ford has achieved, as well as the great staff you have on hand in the Westborough dealership. And this is the second vehicle with a Herb Chambers label on the back, so needless to say I’m a big fan of the guiding principles you’ve put in place for your organization. But working with George was a real pleasure.

 

George helped to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our new car, answered our questions straightforwardly and honestly, and helped to make the whole process go very smoothly.

 

The difference maker with George was more about how he accomplished these things with elegant dignity, with calm and gentle enthusiasm, and above all by listening and understanding what was important to us.

Hello Mr. Chambers

I am very happy to write to you regarding the dealership that I visit to take care of my car-the Westborough Honda dealership.

Mr. Abdul Khalid sold my husband and I, two new vehicles last year.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and my husband Kevin, a Honda Pilot. We were both very happy with Mr. Khalid and will readily recommend him to more potential customers. Mr. Khalid was very helpful and went out of his way to provide both of us with information and get vehicles we both enjoy driving.

I never thought I’ll see the day when I would say, ” I love my Honda.

I feel I am being unfaithful to my Audi TT”. Mr. Khalid did a graet job of finding a car that fitted my travels.

I am also very happy about other personnel as well.

Mr. Tom Van Fechtmann, the manager for the store from my first visit, made me feel welcomed. He and other staff members collectively made Honda an easy place to visit and get my car serviced and cared for. My car had a small issue that came up, and Mr. Van Fetchtmann went out on a limb to fix the issue. I was very impressed by his commitment to provide service excellence.

Today, Mr. Allon Swift, much like his name, got me in and out of the dealership after grade B type service on my Accord.

Overall, I am very happy regarding the service that is provided at the Wesborough location. I have found that the personnel at the dealership to be friendly, efficient, provides quality work and to be extremely professional.

A little over a month ago I had the pleasure of working with Bethany and her team at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough when I purchased a 2008 CRV. It was my first time going through the dealership process and everyone was very attentive and understanding. Bethany took the time to find out what was important to me and then applied that to our test drives. Two of the key selling points for me on the CRV were the backseat mirror built into the sunglass holder and the fold down center tray for accessing the backseat. Both small things, but since Bethany knew that my life revolved around children with severe special needs, my dog, and my family, she was able to find the car that suited all my needs and more. To date my Honda CRV is my second most pleasing purchase (second only to my dog). The car has performed beautifully in all types of weather. This being New England, I have had the opportunity to drive it in the snow, ice, sleet, slush, etc and I have always felt confident in the CRV’s handling and control. (To be honest during some of the big storms this winter, I felt safer in the CRV then I had in my previous car – a Jeep Cherokee.) I continue to be impressed by the service provided at Herb Chambers, whether its through Bethany calling to check in, an email from the service department, or simply knowing that I can always get my car washed – I feel valued as a costumer and part of the Honda family. I made the right decision when I went to Herb Chambers and while I’m sure my next vehicle will be many years down the road, I will be coming back to Herb Chambers because they have earned my trust and confidence. I am proud to be a Honda owner and thank you for the “great experience” of buying my new CRV!

I truly believe people should no matter what the circumstances to be treated with respect and composure. A recent trip to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough gave me the notion of that very statement listed above. I observe the signs of an honorable or a dis-tasteful/weak dealership before any kind of service is done on any of my vehicles.

While at this particular dealership on 29th of November I noticed every team member working for one another and for the customer and not the dollar. I must say it really impressed me, Not only with my service but others as well. As long as I reside in this area I will only conduct my vehicle business with this dealership (they are the epitome of respect and composure).  If all the Chains of Herb Chambers are like this then I think the rest of the Consumer Market should take lessons!  Truly a customer who will never forget, Thank You.

We would like to acknowledge the excellent service we received from one specific sale consultant, Chris Wagner at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. We were in contact with several auto dealers to purchase a used car, including sale consultants of other Herb Chambers dealership, but it was the 120% service we received from Chris that makes the difference – it be him coming down to Brighton to show us the car, and picking us up the next morning to sign the contracts at the dealership; his efficiency and his proffesionalism at the contract signing, as well as his knowledge on the specific car we bought and on the auto industry in general.
All in all, we were very happy with his service. One can find a good car in other auto dealerships, but it is the proffesional service that we received that will bring us back to Herb Chambers to purchase our next car.
