<p>Dear SIr:<br />
    I am sending this email to you to tell you how grateful I am to have received outstanding customer-support and service at your Toyota Service facility in Auburn, MA. </p>
<p>    While driving my Toyota Sienna from Mount Kisco, NY to Leominster, MA, on Interstate 84 and then the Mass Turnpike, my battery warning light illuminated. I immediately began shutting down non essentials to conserve battery reserve. I recalled travelling through Auburn, MA on another occasion and  immediately redirected my route of travel there. Thinking through what could have happened, I concluded a drive belt failed. I had an audible indication, but thought the serpentine belt tensioner or belt pulley might need minor adjustment.</p>
<p>    This was my first experience with Toyota of Auburn. I expected to be turned away, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was processed in the Service Area by a Ms. Angela Kiesman, Service Advisor. Ms. Kiesman and her<br />
technician(s) delivered professional support and service. Ms. Kiesman is highly customer focused. While waiting, I completed important business transactions/communications  via your internet facilities. Thank goodness (no lost time or opportunities).</p>
<p>    I enjoyed your Toyota of Auburn location value added services, such as the internet and computer terminals to access the internet. I am a happy satisfied customer. Thank you for outstanding-performance, customer-service, and exceptional customer-support.</p>
<p>    Can we do more business? If possible can Toyota of Auburn provide estimates for the following work for a Year 2000, Toyota Sienna LE, 1. Labor and parts for the exhaust system (exhaust manifold pipe, cataytic converter and tail pipe) 2. Labor and parts for Timing belt replacement 3. Minor hood front edge cosmetic work to remove rust and repaint.</p>

<p>On our way home from vacation, we collided with a ladder (debris)<br />
on the Mass Pike on Wednesday morning, September 9, 2009 and suffered<br />
serious damage to a wheel.  USAA arranged for a towtruck which towed us to<br />
your agency in Auburn.  We were treated with the utmost courtesy and concern<br />
by your employees, in particular, Jessica Cantwell and Joanne Arsenault.<br />
They took us in and arranged to have our Sienna assessed and when it became<br />
apparent that replacement parts could not be obtained until the next day,<br />
Joanne arranged for a courtesy car from Enterprise so that we could get<br />
around to a motel and restaurants.  We returned to your agency on Thursday<br />
and again were treated with courtesy and concern.  Our van was repaired,<br />
tested, and we were on our way home about 1PM, arriving home about 9PM with<br />
no further adventures.</p>
<p>I want to congratulate you for your wisdom and foresight in finding<br />
employees such as Jessica and Joanne.  They are a credit to your<br />
organization and should be treasured.  I also want to thank them again for<br />
their help and support and I ask you to pass along that message to them.</p>
