Vacation saved by Herb Chambers Toytoa of Auburn – Charlie & Audrey – Martinsburg, WV

September 12, 2009

On our way home from vacation, we collided with a ladder (debris)
on the Mass Pike on Wednesday morning, September 9, 2009 and suffered
serious damage to a wheel.  USAA arranged for a towtruck which towed us to
your agency in Auburn.  We were treated with the utmost courtesy and concern
by your employees, in particular, Jessica Cantwell and Joanne Arsenault.
They took us in and arranged to have our Sienna assessed and when it became
apparent that replacement parts could not be obtained until the next day,
Joanne arranged for a courtesy car from Enterprise so that we could get
around to a motel and restaurants.  We returned to your agency on Thursday
and again were treated with courtesy and concern.  Our van was repaired,
tested, and we were on our way home about 1PM, arriving home about 9PM with
no further adventures.

I want to congratulate you for your wisdom and foresight in finding
employees such as Jessica and Joanne.  They are a credit to your
organization and should be treasured.  I also want to thank them again for
their help and support and I ask you to pass along that message to them.

Toyota Corolla sale at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn – Deborah – Millbury, MA

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla LE, as a surprise for my
mother, from your store in Auburn. I want to commend your sales consultant,
Steve Wilbur, for his excellent help in resolving some issues, relatively
small, but bothersome, with the new car. Steve went well above the normal
level of customer service handling all of my concerns with careful attention
showing a genuine and sympathetic attitude toward my issues. You are to be
commended for having an employee of Steve’s calibur on your staff. I will
recommend your dealership to my friends who are interested in purchasing a
new car largely due to my experience in dealing with Steve Wilbur! Please
