Dear Mr. Chambers,

A couple of days ago, I purchased a new Audi A4 at your Burlington dealership. I must admit that I am not the one to enjoy the process of purchasing a car; however, your sales personnel has made the experience easy and enjoyable for me. Especially Adnan Sehovic, who displayed the highest level of professionalism and respect for a customer. I have not seen that in a long time. That was really impressive. Adnan recommended Tom Viner who helped me select the vehicle I was interested in. They both worked as a team and made the whole process go smoothly.

I am quiet happy with the purchase and will highly recommend your dealership to my colleagues, friends, and relatives.

Herb…

This is a letter of praise…praise for two different salespeople in two different dealerships.  They are exactly the kind of salespeople that I always tried to develop when I was still working.  Both were able to totally satisfy me and I can be a pretty finicky type!
Heather Turmenne (at HC BMW Sudbury) listened well and realized that BMW could not satisfy my strong requirement for a Cabriolet with 4-wheel drive.
She didn’t just let me walk out the door… she asked if she could have an Audi salesperson contact me and provide me with what I sought.
Tom Viner (at Burlington Audi) contacted me immediately and proceeded to earn my business.  I traded in my Lexus (bought from you years ago) for a
2011 Audi A5 Cabriolet.  Tom worked with me to get me what I needed and did so primarily via e-mail, which was my preferred method of communicating. 
In both cases they (Heather and Tom) represented the Herb Chambers companies first, their respective dealerships second and their individual brands third… the right priorities, I think…
I hope to be at the Sudbury “Cars & Coffee” tomorrow and will share more of this with you should you be there with your ‘67 Ferrari GTB4.  I would hope that you congratulate both of these fine employees for representing you so well.

Good morning Mr. Chambers, Recently shopping for a new vehicle, my
wife called and spoke with a salesman , Tom Viner. She was impressed with
his mannerism and professionalism. We drove to the dealership and found the
A6 in the color and options we were looking for. Our dealings extended to
Adnan Sehovic and with respect for our time, a deal was sealed in minutes.
Audi Burlington was the 3rd dealership we contacted. Besides Tom & Adnan,
other salespersons and your son came and talked with us and eveyone is just
very pleasant. Being our first purchase with a Herb chambers dealership, we
can’t stress enough, how pleasant the experience was. And…we got a great
