Dear Mr. Chambers
I want to compliment you on the way your Westborough Honda dealership is
run.  I purchased a Honda CRV from your dealership and it was one of the
most pleasant experiences I have had in purchasing a vechile.  Rick
Rignanese(salesman) and Tom Van Fechtmann(GM) were most helpful in helping
me choose the vechile that fit my needs.  They were courteous, professional
and did not use high pressure tactics that most car dealers use.  I want to
thank you for having people like this on staff. I would not hesitate to
recommend this dealership to family and friends. I would like to thank Rick
and Tom for a pleasant experience.

Hello Mr. Chambers

I am very happy to write to you regarding the dealership that I visit to take care of my car-the Westborough Honda dealership.

Mr. Abdul Khalid sold my husband and I, two new vehicles last year.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and my husband Kevin, a Honda Pilot. We were both very happy with Mr. Khalid and will readily recommend him to more potential customers. Mr. Khalid was very helpful and went out of his way to provide both of us with information and get vehicles we both enjoy driving.

I never thought I’ll see the day when I would say, ” I love my Honda.

I feel I am being unfaithful to my Audi TT”. Mr. Khalid did a graet job of finding a car that fitted my travels.

I am also very happy about other personnel as well.

Mr. Tom Van Fechtmann, the manager for the store from my first visit, made me feel welcomed. He and other staff members collectively made Honda an easy place to visit and get my car serviced and cared for. My car had a small issue that came up, and Mr. Van Fetchtmann went out on a limb to fix the issue. I was very impressed by his commitment to provide service excellence.

Today, Mr. Allon Swift, much like his name, got me in and out of the dealership after grade B type service on my Accord.

Overall, I am very happy regarding the service that is provided at the Wesborough location. I have found that the personnel at the dealership to be friendly, efficient, provides quality work and to be extremely professional.

In March of 2007, I puchased an Accord from Herb Chambers

with extended tire warranty from Alexico / Travel-Gard Corp.

In May of 2008, I had to replace two tires due to nail puncture. I submitted a claim

$175.00) for one tire (I wonder if two tires should have been covered?).

On 7-31 Connie Wasmer told me it had been approved and the

check would be mailed. On 9-11, I called again and was told it would

go out within 2 weeks. I left messages on 10-13 and 10-15. I still

have not received a check or a call back. I will pay closer attention

to warranties in the future. Five months is rediculous!

Hi,

I have nothing but praise for my Honda Element. believe is the Best car I have driven in a while.

MY PROBLEM is when I wanted a remote starter for my element, I bought the best you have, and ended with crap. I lost all my features of my Element. The horn no longer sounds when locking doors, and the automatic door locks don’t work anymore.. I have had these starters with Ford and never had a problem with losing features.

I called Honda to complain, and was told that is the way it is, I have to give up these features to have the remote starter. I HAVE NEVER had to give up features to get a remote starter on my car. Especially when installed by the dealer.

You have managed to take away features that are standard, to but in an inferior starter, you have taken a great car and cheapen it.

I am very disappointed that HERB CHAMBERS put an infrerior remote starter on my new Element.
