Smart Car Purchase at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Susan – Lawrence, MA

We purchased a Smart for Two from Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn
for our son.  We really needed the car to be prepped and ready for delivery
within a day and a half.  Jeff Moran and his entire staff played a part in
making this surprise for our son a reality.  Thank you to all of the Auburn
staff for a job really well done.

My compliments on your newsletter.  You always do everything First Class.  Umer was terrific in handling the sale and customization of my Smart car, making it a very rare red Brabus Smart car.  I will forward some pictures when I get the lettering installed.  I will begin promoting Comm. Ave. Associates sales and rentals sometime next week.  At the same time we will hand out info cards on the Smart car to promote the vehicle.  I saw the cool Nantucket basket smart car in the showroom, another brilliant idea.  I hope that all is well with you.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to acknowledge your employee Mark for outstanding customer service.   I can’t think of his last name but I’m sure you can look it up since he just sold me a Smart car =)

Mark just called to wish me a happy birthday!  I’m not sure if thats a company standard or just something he decided to do, but either way it is just another example of personal touches I have noticed and appreciated.  Overall my purchase experience has far exceeded my expectations, Mark is polite, friendly and genuine.  It is refreshing to see customer service is alive and well here in the USA.

Having worked customer service field for nearly 20 years I know the value of acknowledging excellent service, so please do not take this lightly.  Let Mark (and his Boss) know what an outstanding job he is doing.

smart of lynnfield… love my smart car and the service that i have gotten so far. my salesman ….mike marra was very informative and very  helpfull. he explained everything to me. he is a good man to have on your team. i tell everybody that i got it at smart of lynnfield….and i would like to tell mr. chambers that i saw a tv program where he was going to buy an older ferrari.great show. thanks again. love my smart….ward
