It killed me to sit down and write out a complaint on Sunday regarding my interaction with your sales staff. Firstly, I hate the negative energy that goes with the complaint and secondly I would prefer to see the good in a situation and just move on. Today I received a call from Gerry Saloris General manager of your Burlington Honda operation. His first words were please let me apologize for the service you received from us over the weekend. I would have been happy with that. In fact I was very pleased just for the acknowledgement and had no other expectations. Gerry offered me a deal that was in line with my last offer. As customer you can not ask for more than an apology. The deal was over and above my expectations. I can promise you that everyone I know will hear that Herb Chambers personnel have integrity and when I go to replace my Kia Sorrento, herb Chambers will be the first place I go. Thank you. Rick

Incredibly Wonderful Experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, Wayne – Roseland, NJ

I want you to know what a great person you have working as a Service Advisor in Dan Small.  I am from NJ.  I had a problem with my left rear tire on Monday, and called BMW assist; they directed me to your Comm Av location.
It was 5pm.  I needed quick assistance since I had to drive back to NJ first thing this next morning.  Dan Small greeted me in a friendly matter, and was incredibly understanding and nice; as were your service technicians who quickly saw the 1 inch construction bolt in the tire; repaired it, and I was back on the road in an hour with my day saved.  He even offered to put the car in the wash line.  I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this incredibly wonderful experience on what otherwise would have been a bad situation for me.  While there, your sales people also interacted on a very friendly basis.  If I ever have the occassion to need BMW sales/service in the Boston area, I will be there in a minute.  You have a great representative in Dan Small, and I am truly impressed by how I was treated by everyone I came in contact with at your Comm Ave location.  My wife and I went to BU, and go to Cape Cod, so we have heard your name for many years.

I wanted to let you know that the experience I had this week at your
Infiniti dealership in Westboro has set a new standard for what I expect
when purchasing and servicing a car. Your entire staff, and in particular
Anthony Carlino, were professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to do
business with.

This was the first time in a car dealership that I was treated like a
potential customer should be treated. I never felt rushed or pressured, or
that I wasn’t taken seriously and every person I dealt with was friendly,
helpful and had time for all my questions. There were other options for me,
but I chose to buy from Anthony and Herb Chambers because I trust that I

employees, Mr. Jeffrey Krasner, Service Director of Herb Chambers
Toyota-Scion of Auburn.  I recently experienced a very serious problem with
my Toyota Corolla, however, Mr. Krasner took the time to oversee my repair
and return my vehicle promptly and in good working order.  Mr. Krasner
answered every question I had, returned every phone call I placed, responded
to numerous email exchanges and even stepped out of his office to greet me
when I came to pick up my vehicle!  Mr. Krasner went above and beyond for
me…and being the true professional he is, I bet all of his clients feel
this way!  You are lucky to have such a wonderful gentleman representing

Dear Herb,

I purchased my vehicle from your Lexus dealership back in June of 2007 right before the dealer moved to its current larger location and I have been working primarily with Scott from your service department.  I just want to express that he’s exceeded all my expectations of a service representative.  I have a Toyota and a Volvo at home and I take them to their respective dealers for any service work and out of all the representatives I’ve worked with, Scott has stood out amongst all of them.

On every occasion that I had any problems with my vehicle, whether it be mechanical, electrical or even just a simple recall, he’s assisted me with professionalism and genuine care.  He informs me of the entire process (prior to the work), keeps me informed through the process and performed all the services without any problems even when it came to something as simple as helping out when my vehicle was frozen in snow from a snowstorm.

He is the only reason why I return and will continue to return to this dealer for my future needs.  In fact, I intend to purchase the third generation IS when release simply because of Scott.  I have not yet had a single bad experience with Scott and I know I never will.  I have worked with several service representatives at your dealership as well including Jessica whom Scott took over for.  He even made that transition smooth which usually is not the case.  I want to thank Scott and if there was any person I’d recommend for a promotion, he would be at the top of my list (and honestly the only one of my list).

I have also called into Lexus directly and left them the same positive feedback on Scott.  He upholds the Lexus brand and its world-class customer service.
