<p>Mr. Chambers, I wanted to take the time to say thank you to you and to the Service Department at your Sudbury Land Rover Dealership.  I purchased a Range Rover and brought it into your dealership for service and after $10,000 in repairs it is running fantastic.  I know what you&#8217;re<br />
thinking&#8211; why would I be thanking you for doing $10K in repairs.  Well, as painful as it has been and certainly unbudgeted for, your team did all they could to keep the costs reasonable and took care of me and my family by keeping me informed and doing quality work.  This has to be a true testament to their professionalism and my confidence in them.  When I spoke with Cory McClanahan, the service manager there, my comment to him was that my only leverage through this process was my trust in him.  He never let me down.<br />
My truck is running well and my family has a safe vehicle to get through the rest of the winter.  Cory and his team are a credit to the automobile service field and to your organization.  I would not hesitate to do business with him or to refer friends to you for future car purchases or repairs.</p>

<p>I am writing to express my sincerest appreciation and respect for David Wilson &#8211; Red Team Manager in Service at Herb Chambers Dodge in Danvers.<br />
On Monday Jan 24 my 2007 Dodge Charger began to overheat in the bitter cold.  It was driven into the dealership and Dave and his team took charge, diagnosed the issue, communicated the info to me in a clear and concise way(for a woman who knows nil about cars!) and corrected the issue to my utter satisfaction.  Great job and best service I have received anywhere in a long time.</p>

<p>Dear Herb,<br />
I would just like to tell you about the wonderful service I receive at the Chambers Motorcars of Boston.  I have a 2006 Mercedes R350.  I bought it at this dealership and I get it serviced at this dealership even though I live in Rockland.  I have been to the Mercedes Service Department in the Norwood location, but they do not hold a candle to this Somerville location.<br />
When we drive in Wilfredo is always there greeting us with a smile.  He knows my son Jax&#8217;s name and talks with him.  He also helps remove the car seat and reinstall it in the rental.  We have Nathan as a service advisor and Wilfredo stays with us until Nathan is available.  He is a wonderful asset to your company.<br />
Now on to Nathan.  He is a great service advisor.  He always listens to my concerns and make sure I am truly satisfied.  Once I had a problem that would  require my car being in the shop for several days.  When I went to the rental office they had no car for me.  He waited until they found one.<br />
However it wasn&#8217;t a Mercedes.  I drove it home anyway.  He called me the minute one came in and offered to bring it me. On a Friday in Cape traffic!!!  I turned him down and retreived the new rental the next day.<br />
Now that is exceptional service!<br />
I appreciate how wonderful your staff is and how easy it is to service my Mercedes.  Thank you for employing such great people.<br />

<p>My 2008 Prius was finally involved in the accelerator/floor mat recall program. Last Sunday I took my car over to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn to leave it so that the recall could be completed during a scheduled appointment on Monday. I walked out into the showroom and met Jason, a salesman. We looked at a 2010 Prius IV and took it for a test drive. During the test drive service called me to say the recall had been completed on my 2008.<br />
The test drive was successful. My wife and I have a &#8220;glitch&#8221; in our credit history but the dealership was willing to work with us to maximize rebates and minimize expenses. On Monday evening we drove out with our new Prius.<br />
Thanks Herb Chambers for a dealership that is professional yet humanistic.</p>

<p>To whom it may concern:</p>
<p>I want to express how truly outstanding the customer service I received, and consistently receive from Mark Forcucci at your Lexus dealership.  I have had some unfavorable experiences from the service department in the past, and Mark has always made sure everything worked out and I left happily.<br />
This past Friday, I hit a sizable rock (think rock wall size) and my car had some damage to it.  While it was drivable, there were definitely things wrong wit the car.  I called Mark directly on Saturday morning and he told me I could bring the car in that afternoon.  After arriving he had a technician look at the car and they determined that there was some damage to a tie rod etc. and he offered me a loaner car, which I will return on Tuesday morning and get a rental car. </p>
<p>Anytime someone is involved in an accident, it is a less than pleasing event.  Mark truly made my weekend better by going above and beyond what anyone should expect.  There are a lot of places you can buy cars, and even more places that you can have your car serviced, it is people like Mark that set Herb Chambers Lexus apart from the competition. </p>

<p>I am the owner of a 2009 128i who wrote a long and very critical commentary last year about paint damage to my new car, and my difficulties getting the salesman who sold me the car (a sales manager at Herb Chambers in Brighton) to reimburse me for the repairs.  The General Manager, Melissa Steffy, called me and took care of it.  Since then, I&#8217;ve had a couple of problems with the car, most recently a rattle in the dash.  Because I am very concerned about the paint &#8212; which I have spent a lot of money (and energy) trying to keep in cherry condition &#8212; I have asked that the car be kept inside when I leave it, and that it not be detailed in any way.  I&#8217;m just writing to express my appreciation for the way your people over there have respected those wishes (or done the best they can to respect them).  Melissa has been terrific, as has been her Service Manager, Mike Brayman, and the service agent assigned to me, Rick Bunker.  They&#8217;ve really gone out of their way to provide quality service, and have accommodated, the best they can, my expressed needs as an (admittedly finicky) new car owner.</p>
<p>In any case, I just felt that, as I complained when I was unhappy, I should compliment when I&#8217;m satisfied.  And I am very much a satisfied customer.</p>

<p>I had my car (2007 Sante Fe) in for service with faulty fuel level sensors yesterday (10/19). Throughout the process, I received excellent service from Michale K. Parsl. Although he seemed young, he impressed me with his professionalism and enthusiasm about his job. He made sure I was informed of the problem and he paid attention to details. I am very pleased with the way I was treated there and think he should be commended for the superb service he provided to me. It is great to see someone who really likes his job and performs really well.</p>

<p>Hi,<br />
I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;m writing you for a second time about your Auburn dealership. (It should be a training center) We had the best experience working with Pat O&#8217;Brien Jr. in the parts department.  When we bought our truck we purchased tires to be put on later but they weren&#8217;t aggressive enough so we they ordered us new one.  The new ones were snow tires which I didn&#8217;t want.  We had planned to leave them on year round.  Pat did a lot of research to find us the right tires.  He was very nice about it and the new tires are perfect.  He was a joy to work with, very accommodating.<br />
Also we had a couple of minor things fixed at the service department and everyone there was extremely pleasant.  Good Job&#8230;.</p>
