Hello Herb

Just wanted to pass this along to you. I bought a used honda from your
Burlington store 3 years ago from Sergio. It was great no problems at all.
Today at 7.15 am I go out to my car and it has a flat. I have AAA and call
them and they say 3-4 hours before they can get here. So I am going to
change the flat myself and come to find out I have no tire iron in the
trunk. I called Gerry Salios who I know very well from working for you in
your Audi Store ,Not to complain but just to ask if there is a speical
place Honda puts the tire iron??? Gerry states to me let me check into it
and give me a 1/2 hour to get back to you. Within 10 mins my phone rings
and its Gerry and he is asking for my address to come and bring me a tire
iron.I have been in the service end of a car dealership for 25+ years and
have never been taken care of the way I was today by Gerry and I thought
you should know that.

Thanks to you and many thanks to Gerry he bailed me out today big time
since I called a tow service when AAA said 4 hours and the other tow
service wanted $120.00 to just come out and change a flat.

Fourth Honda Purchase at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, William – Wilmington, MA

Mr. Chambers, I am writing to tell you that we just purchased our
fourth Honda, a result of the excellent customer service and the courteous,
respectful treatment that we have experienced at your Burlington facility
over the years.  We have been proud to refer many friends who have been
shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
