Dear Herb

I have just leased a new 2009 Porsche 911 Carerra 4S (122,000$) from your
Porsche Sales Manager,  Peter Wienstroer. I was all set to purchase either a
2010 Jaguar XKR or an Aston Martin DB9 but thought I should check out
Porsche first. Peter was terrific. I have never met a sales person more
knowledgeable about a product. I am an inventor and a Professor of
Mechanical Engineering at MIT and so like to understand in detail any
technology I am buying. Peter was able to answer even the most detailed
mechanical questions instantly and even knew the answers to my many
questions in metric units. He immediately realized that the new PDK gear box
in the 911 would be of great interest to me and indeed after a test drive
there was no way I could consider either a XKR or a DB9 with their old
“tiptronic” like transmissions. Peter is easily the most impressive car
sales person I have ever met. Good work for having someone of Peter’s
caliber on your staff.

Dear Herb,
  I was completely overwhelmed by the  positive experience that I had in buying a previously owned Pocsche Cayenne Turbo from your company. The ‘05 that caught my eye on-line was at your BMW Boston dealership due to its recent trade-in. I initially contacted Joe Santamaria from your Foriegn Motors West facility. (I had purchased a Mercedes Wagon from Joe in 1998 and I was delighted to learn that he was still with your company). Joe used your “Concierge” program and quickly got me in touch with Paul McDaniels at your Commonwealth Ave facility.

 I have to admit that I arrived with a chip on my shoulders – expecting a bad experience. When I met with Paul, he totally made me feel at ease and comfortable … as if we were old friends. Paul walked me over to Client Advisor Rob Gale who continued in the professional, upfront and friendly manner. After a brief test ride, (my decision), Rob introduced me to Catherine Rogers who made the transaction easy and hassle-free. While the paperwork was being drawn up, Rob made it a special point to introduce me to Frank Miscioscia, the Porsche Service Manager. Frank told me that he was very familiar with my car … that the prior owner took great care of the vehicle and that I got a great Porsche. Frank’s comments closed the deal. I knew I was getting a great car at a great price!

In the ensuing weeks since my purchase, I continue to get great service. I have received follow up calls from Rob telling me the spare key was in. ( I have even bumped into Rob in the street and he asks how the car is doing). When I went to pick the spare key, Paul McDaniels called over to me by my first name asking how the car was. Next, Frank Miscioscia told me that my oil was a bit down (a common occurence with the Cayenne Turbo) and that he would “top it off’ for me and even offered to get the car washed while I waited.

In conclusion, you have a great company with dedicated people who clearly know what they do …. and they do it in a friendly and pro-consumer manner.

Dear Mr Chambers,

I just wanted to send a quick note to make you aware of the superior sales and service team that I do business with at Audi of Burlington. My experience goes back to the early 90’s when I bought my first Audi (followed by several more) and a Porsche as well. All were sold by John Cellemare who continues to be one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, patient and a great listener. Our most recent purchase is an ‘08 Audi A-6 for my wife and John’s service was AAA as usual.

I also have to give kudos to Joe in service who takes great care of my “family fleet” which includes an A-8, two A-6’s and an A-4.

Both of these gentlemen truly enhance the experience of purchase and ownership. I hope you are aware of their value to the franchise.

Dear Mr. Chambers:
I live in Burlington and have watchedthe Pasz-Weitz Porche/Audi dealership exchange ownership to you and have watched the construction of the new and beautiful new building in its construction.  I live close enough to walk to the new facility.
There is no doubt that it is a handsome addition to our town.

Shortly after your aquisition of the existing dealership, I wrote to you regarding traffic on South Bedford Street (the residential side opposite the Lahey Clinic).
The old ownership used the residential areas of South Bedford Street and Lexington Street as routes for service testing and sales.  Your Honda dealership is included.
You kept your word and I am grateful to you.  So greatful that I bought a Pontiac from you, at the Danvers facility!
As your business continues to grow, I am hopeful that you might encourage any new employees to be aware that residential areas of town already overwhelmed by traffic should be avoided for the safety of residence.

On Monday the general manager, Mike Collins, contacted Yougha and by 12:30pm, same day, a reimbursement check was cut and ready to be picked up. The customer arrived to collect their check about an hour later.

I bought a 2 cars from land rover sudbury. The business manager Ben tuta ? when I bought the 2004 Subaru STI he force me to buy an extra warranty. I did bought it and the car had to many problems. So Ben the used car sales manager gave me money back and I bought the Porche 2002 Boxter. I strongly told him that I do not WISH to buy an extended warranty. Because I know that I would not keep the car for more than year. He told me if I don’t transfer from STI then I will lose the money. So I asked him what if I keep the car for 6 month and what if I don’t need the warranty. HE told me that I can cancel it and they will refund my money. So when I trade the cars in I went to him and I told him I want to cancel it. He told me that he will call them and send the paper work. I went back to the store after 6 weeks because I did not receive anything. He said it might take longer. So I waited another 4 weeks. and nothing showed up. I don’t want to assume anything but what if he told me sometghing not true that the warranty is not refundable ? Then I lose the $2200. He gave me the false information to make me buy the warranty. I did buy many cars from herb chamber and this was the first bad experience with dealer. Please help me on this.
