We went yesterday morning to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn to
purchase a vehicle.  We had been test driving Odyssey’s and Sienna’s for 2
days and we decided on the Sienna. We found the Sienna we wanted in the
Auburn inventory and knew the price we wanted to pay.  My husband went in
with a specific number, and was met with excellent customer care and
satisfaction.  We were met with a competitive price and great service, and
you once again earned out business. We went back together that night, did
the paperwork, and drove our new Sienna home.  Elmer Voisine was our sales
representative and he was excellent.  He was personable and highly
professional.  Our financial person was Imad, and he also took his time
with us and was excellent.  I will be bringing my van it next week to
change the registration and also to have the DVD installed and I was
informed that I would get a loaner car while my vehicle was being
serviced. This is the expectation that I have for excellent service when
buying, and I have to say that you met. Since we wanted to buy a vehicle
from you, and knew our price we wanted to pay, we cut out the some of the
“back and forth” that happens with car shopping. Thank you again for
another wonderful purchase.

Dear Mr. Chambers,

We recently purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey at the end of October.  We want you to know how pleased we were with the Herb Chambers experience, with particular mention to a wonderful Sales Consultant named Mr. Jonathan Dias.

Mr. Dias warmly greeted us and walked us through every concern we had in deciding whether to buy the 2010 or 2011 Odyssey.  Having owned 5 different Honda vehicles ourselves, it was more important to us to learn about new features and dealership warranties as we already know the value of owning such a great car.  We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Dias.  His knowledge of the new vehicle was impressive and he answered all of our questions and more. 

We were pleased with how Mr. Dias handled the negotiation process as we were able to trade in our 2001 Honda Odyssey and drive away within a few days with a wonderful updated car.  Mr. Dias also followed up his excellent customer service and called to see if he could assist with any questions or concerns.

We hope you will recognize and commend this wonderful employee.  It was truly a pleasure working with Mr. Dias and Herb Chambers dealership.

Dear Mr. Chambers,

Yesterday I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey at your Burlington dealership.  As a sales professional myself, I have to let you know how impressed I was by Miguel Coelho and Drew Hill.  I was ready to buy my car at Honda North on Saturday but was so disgusted by their salespeople that even though they had what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay, I simply couldn’t reward them with the sale.  On my wife’s suggestion, I went to your store on Sunday.  It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had.  From Miguel’s complete knowledge of the Odyssey, to Drew’s clear desire to find the deal that worked for me, to Greg in finance having the paperwork printed and ready to sign when I stepped into his office, I felt like the whole place was working together to make me happy.  As I said, I’m a sales professional of over 15 years, and you should know that you have a great team in Burlington.  I would do business with any of those gentlemen again.

I would like to extend a thank you to you, and your impressive dealership team in making our experience there successful. This was my first time experiencing the “smart pricing” concept. Although it was hard to sink in the fact of a non-negotiable price on a pre-owned vehicle, but after a little bit of research I found that your price offered was pretty much on target. Therefore, it eliminated all the back and forth negotiations. We purchased a pre-owned 2005 Honda Odyssey. We are very happy with it. We would also like to extend a thumbs-up to Jesse Summers. He was our sales consultant, straight to the point without a lot of fluff in the middle. He is a very nice down to earth guy and my next purchase will have his business. -Thank you

We had a major problem when my wife mistakenly put diesel fuel into our new Odyssey on Saturday. Well my friends at Honda of Boston couldn’t have been better or more responsive. They received the vehicle from the towing company and kept us aprised through every step of the repair. We received a loaner car for the couple of days we were without our vehicle and when we got the bill, it was a lot less than we thought it would be. Thank you to GM Howie and Ario (is that how you spell his name?) in service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though Honda is a mass market brand, in all my dealings with Honda of Boston, i have been treated as I would expect in a high-end luxury vehicle dealership. Truly impressive.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to inform you about my recent experience at your dealership. I came in to the dealership and met Norman Methe. He did a fantastic job of showing me all of the features of the Honda Odyssey. He was very thorough with his explanation of each model van. He also took into consideration my personal wants and practical needs for my family. He also did it in a way that gave me the feeling as if he was trying to save me money by choosing the most economically smart choice for me.

Once I had made my decision Norman was extremely willing to give me a great price for the vehicle as well as a very fair price for my trade in. His explanation and honesty for the reasoning of the trade in price was greatly appreciated. While preparing all of the paper work for the financing Norman was sensitive to the fact that we had 2 small children at home with a babysitter and allowed us to leave due to a short wait in the finance department. Although we would have waited without an issue it was just one more thing Norman did to make us feel as if he cared not only for us but our children too. I returned to the dealership the next day to sign the finance papers and pick up the vehicle. Once again, Norman went out of his way on his day off to come in and personally go through the vehicle with me. I?m sure it would have been easy to have another sales person do this or tell me to come get the vehicle on the following day.

I want to commend Norman on a handling my purchase with the utmost care. His professionalism, honesty, and fairness made my experience exceptional. Please feel free to share this letter with him but I wanted to let you know that you should be proud to have such a fantastic employee working for you.
