Dear Herb, I purchased a BMW 328I from Nick Lagas several months
ago and wanted to tell you how great a sales representative he is for your
company. His help with purchasing my car long distance was fantastic and he
personally went above and beyond trying to make everything quick and easy.
There were a few qlitches in the fianace department when I was told papers
were sent out and they never called me to say they had not been sent leaving
me waiting at home for a delivery which never arrived that day. Simple
things like a quick call to customers to keep them updated will have a huge
impact on customer satisfaction. No one wants to wait for nothing. After all
was said and done my new car was delivered and I will be a BMW owner for
life. I plan on shopping for my next BMW through Nick again. He is a true
asset to your dealership.
