Enjoyable Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Mercedes of Natick, Herb – Cranston, RI

Hello Herb,

I want to thank you for the outstanding support your Natick team offered my
wife and I during our recent Mercedes purchase. I am a Sales Manager myself
and I appreciate great service so I wanted to share our great experience
with you.

We live near Inskip in RI so we shopped there. We also looked at the
Westwood dealership and others but between the lack of service, inaccurate
information provided through their website, and their limited selection of
vehicles, we selected a vehicle at Herb Chambers of Natick. After 3 vsists,
we bought a Mercedes. I wish I could name all the friendly / very
knowledgable people we met. It started with Brad who reeled me in through
the internet and then we interacted with about 5 other outstanding employees
to include Fred, Lou, Aidan, and a few others.

We will pick our car up this Wednesday (I think) and look forward to driving
our first Mercedes. So from one Herb to another, thank you for making our
buying expeience an enjoyable one.

Pre-Owned Vehicle Purchase, Herb Chambers Landrover Sudbury, Dimitri – Weston, MA

My wife and I recently met Heather Roy, a salesperson at the Land
Rover Sudbury dealership. She assisted us in our search for a pre-owned
vehicle.
I would like to comment on Ms. Roy’s professionalism, knowledge of the
product and attention to the customer’s needs.  Ms. Roy was always
courteous, clearly answering every question about the vehicle, and she
followed up with phone calls and emails, making us feel that she hasn’t
forgotten about us.
We have been customers at the Natick and Sudbury locations for 15 years, and
we enjoy the quality of service and personalized attention we receive by the
staff.  Ms. Roy fits perfectly in the service oriented environment that
characterizes your organization, and that we have grown accustomed to.

I talked with Hal this morning and it went very well. He wanted it to be constructive and I took it that way. We are going to detail his car on his next visit and we are sending him a gift card to Legal Seafoods. Even though he did not buy the car from us, I believe we will have a chance to sell him his next car. We have also changed the process on advising customers when their cars go to our Ashland body shop for repairs.

First, let me compliment the Green team in Natick…both Dustin and Aubrey provided great customer service with good follow-up and execution…I truly enjoyed working with both of them and because of their positive attitudes, I will continue to bring my car to them for service.

However, I do have a concern…when I picked up my car on Saturday, October 11, I noticed that there were 55 miles put on the car while it was being serviced…the reason I noticed was that my gas tank was on reserve (it was a little less than 1/4 full when I brought the car in)…I understand that it was driven to Ashland for service and some additional road-testing was done but 55 miles is unacceptable…and not being told that this had occurred is also very disconcerting…

I have reviewed this with Aubrey (his attitude and customer service are to be commended) and I am confident he will handle the situation appropriately…
