Dear Mr Chambers:

I wanted to let you know that you are very lucky to have a great employee
like Nathan Haugh.  I had a problem with my C280 Mercedes…it was not easy
to understand the problem or to find the solution, but Nathan never gave up
on me…he would not let the car be returned until it was fixed…he kept me
updated during the process and called after the car was returned to make
sure everything was ok.  He is a great example of what customer service
should be…and I thought you should know.

Hi Mr. Chambers!

I have never bought a car from one of your sales centers yet but I am thinking about buying a Mercedes C Class in the next year or so. In the meantime I often come into the showroom to look as I am a lover of the car since it is so rich in history, I really love that part. To tell you the truth I love cars of any kind. I always am keeping up with all the latest news and technology. After many visits I have become good friends with a few of your sales consultants who are just the best people and always welcome me as if I were a customer.

I love HCMC Boston so much, I wish I could be a part of the team. I thought you would like to know what a great job your staff does there. It would truly be an honor to meet you should you have a few free minutes to talk. Thank you for your time to read this.
