you about Gabriella&#8217;s great job in leasing us a new Mini at the end of<br />
March.  This past month we needed a car for our daughter, who has just<br />
finished her freshman year at college, and of course we went right back to<br />
Gabriella, who found us the perfect pre-owned car&#8211;a 2007 Toyota&#8211;for our<br />
daughter.  Gabriella again was thoughtful, very responsive, sized up our<br />

<p>Hi,<br />
We just leased a mini &#8211; hope to get it this coming week, and had a<br />
completely positive experience with the team on Comm Ave.  In particular, I<br />
have to tell you that my husband and I (who have bought and leased many cars<br />
in our 30-year marriage) have never had a better sales person than Gabriella<br />
Hanley.  She was really a pleasure to deal with.  She was extremely helpful<br />
and knowledgeable, and most impressively did not try to sell us something we<br />
didn&#8217;t want or need.  We felt that she was really trying to find the best<br />
fit for us &#8211; something we&#8217;d really be happy with.  Between her great<br />
service, and the Business Manager, Kevin Barry, who helped put together a<br />
very fair lease package for us, we walked away extremely pleased and<br />
satisfied.</p>

 This is my first web posting but the third time writing toyou to express my gratitude  for the extrodinary customer service provided to me by  service advisor Mark Ravin at the MINI of Boston dealership. I purchased my 2003 at your dealership and have found that  every encounter I have had with the Service Department and  Mark to be positive, professional and attentive to my every concern and question. Mark has to one of the most upbeat, positve, pleasent service providers I have ever dealt with. I know his job cannot be easy&#8230;dealing with the public on a daily basis can be stressful but  I have never seen him flustered or anyway other that very accomodating. Mark  always finds time to answer any and all questions and most importantly, I have come to totally trust his advice and recommendations. Unfortunately, my MINI  is somewhat of a lemon and for that reason. I have spent more time that the usual  customer dealing with problems. Nonetheless , I love the car and would not hesitate to purchase another from your dealership, in great part due to Mark  Ravin and the excellent care provided  by the Mini service department.<br />

<p>Since I was checked out at delivery I have had a couple of minor service issues. Including the initial check out Mark Ravin has been there for all service visits.  His &#8220;attitude&#8221; is one that makes this customer feel that anything I need, want or even think I want, can be done.  He is friendly, thorough and an asset to your company.</p>
<p>The car is great too.  My thanks to all for making spending money almost easy.</p>
