I would love to address a formal note to Mr Chambers in regards to my excellent service conducted through Mark Ravine. He is a delight. I feel confident of my service because he overseas my car. He gives me direct and timely feedback. Although my Mini rarely needs to go into service:) I am always impressed with Mark and his staff. Please let him know he has a fan club.

Ps I hope you are able to get ” the greek ” super mechanic back soon. He was a character and talented.

Mr. Chambers, Earlier this Summer, on a late Friday afternoon, at the marina where I work someone said to me “that’s Herb Chambers”. Right away I shouted to you “hey I just bought a car from you”. You had every right to nod and walk on and go about your weekend plans, but you stopped in your tracks and smiled. You then came over and shook my hand, asked me what kind of car, and if everything went well with the sale. I just wanted to let you know that I was struck by your concern and professionalism and those ideals are reflected by your staff. Both Adnan Osman and Marcellus at your Mini dealership went a long way to insure that we will be back in the future.

I would like to compliment your dealership on their excellent
rapport with the customer.  I am 65 and bought many cars over the years and
always hated it because of the hassle the salesmen present to the customers.

Giovanni Tosti  at the Mini dealership on Commonwealth Avenue talked me into
a Honda.  I had been tryiing out  several cars and I asked him for advice
and he told me that an Accord would meet my needs. He brought me to your
Honda dealership next door and  introduced me to Keith Banks-Obanor.  They
were so nice to me and listened to what I wanted. He was the most gracious
salesman that I have ever met and gave me everything that I wanted in a car
in my price range.  I am very impressed with your dealership from the sales
people to the finance person and everyone in between.  I love my new Honda
Accord and will tell all my friends to go there for their next car.
