Extraordinary Customer Service at the Mini Boston Dealership – Nancy-Boston, MA

Dear Mr Chambers,
 This is my first web posting but the third time writing toyou to express my gratitude  for the extrodinary customer service provided to me by  service advisor Mark Ravin at the MINI of Boston dealership. I purchased my 2003 at your dealership and have found that  every encounter I have had with the Service Department and  Mark to be positive, professional and attentive to my every concern and question. Mark has to one of the most upbeat, positve, pleasent service providers I have ever dealt with. I know his job cannot be easy…dealing with the public on a daily basis can be stressful but  I have never seen him flustered or anyway other that very accomodating. Mark  always finds time to answer any and all questions and most importantly, I have come to totally trust his advice and recommendations. Unfortunately, my MINI  is somewhat of a lemon and for that reason. I have spent more time that the usual  customer dealing with problems. Nonetheless , I love the car and would not hesitate to purchase another from your dealership, in great part due to Mark  Ravin and the excellent care provided  by the Mini service department.

It would appear that everyone I have encountered since my purchase last October of a Mini Cooper S Clubman, has an “attitude.”  Much to my delight that “attitude” has been great. Pleasant and helpful.

My primary sales person was Darnell with excellent support from Giovani, Aaron and Danielle (I think that is her name).  I received thorough explanations and honest assessments of all the options.

Since I was checked out at delivery I have had a couple of minor service issues. Including the initial check out Mark Ravin has been there for all service visits.  His “attitude” is one that makes this customer feel that anything I need, want or even think I want, can be done.  He is friendly, thorough and an asset to your company.

The car is great too.  My thanks to all for making spending money almost easy.

I would like to take this time to let you know about an exceptional employee you have.  I purchased a Mini Copper S in 2005 at your Boston location and have had it serviced there since. The person I have worked with anytime my car needed service was Mark Ravin.  I would like to let you know what an exceptional employee you have.  He has always been responsive to any concern I had with the service of my vehicle.  Everyone on your staff at the service department has been exceptional but Mark has always gone above and beyond.  I am soon moving to Washington DC and only hope to receive the level of customer service I have received from Mark and the staff down there.  I would like to thank you for hiring such great people and wanted to let you know that Mark Ravin is an asset to your organization.

At no time when I nor my wife, who both own (happily) mini’s have Mark or anyone in the service department made us feel as if they were too busy. Every time we visited Herb Chambers MINI you made us feel comfortable and at ease. Each of you patiently answered all of our questions, worked with us to find the right MINI in the shortest time possible, and kept us informed of the status of our car throughout the purchasing process.

I was especially impressed that Rich spent an hour helping us get to know our new car, from helping us to understand all the features to setting our options in the onboard trip computer. He is clearly passionate about MINIs and appears to get great satisfaction from transferring that excitement to new owners.

By themselves MINI Coopers must be one of the easiest cars to sell. The performance, price, and especially the one-year leasing option fit our needs perfectly.
