Mr Chambers,
I wanted to express my thanks to you and your staff at your Braintree location. I showed and interest in a vehicle you had . Your staff : Scott Lewis , Paul Chambers and Miguel (sp?) went above and beyond to answere my questions and concerns regarding this vehicle. The result was my most enjoyable purchase ever. It would take too long to cover the details but I am more than pleased with the service and the way I was treated. I have purchased a few vehicles from your Braintree location and have always been treated this way. Further more, I have sent many friends, relatives and customers there and have always recieved a “thanks” from them. I also have the pleasure of dealing with your parts department on a regular basis and Dan , Frank and the whole staff there have never let me down. In these days I (and I would guess most) have lots of choices but your staff holds my loyalty to Braintree Ford. I thank you for selecting quality people to represent your company !

Mr. Chambers,
Just a quick note to inform you of the excellent job two of your employee’s
did for me and my wife. David DiBiasi Salesman, And Miguel(sorry don’t
remember last name) business Mgr. went well beyond their jobs responsibilty
to make the sale of our vehicles happen. We both had Ford leases and it was
time to turn them in. I admit that my credit was well below par to say the
least,but these two gentlemen were able to make it happen.
We are more than pleased with your dealership and I wanted you to know about
your employee’s. Please give my best to Miguel and hope he has recovered
from his injury, and also give david a pat on the back for a job well done.
