			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am totally thrilled with my new-to-me 2006 C280 Mercedes Benz.<br />
And this is thanks to the excellent assistance of Mr Steve Boston.  From start to finish, his services were thorough, patient, and exhibited true expertise about this car and the accompanying warrantee.  Also, the delivery service was outstanding- including telling me about my wonderful &#8220;Right Whale&#8221; or other possible licenses, taking care of insurance, registration, and even delivering the car to my door. And he has promptly followed up on questions after the sale.</p>
<p>I was very hesitant to part with my loyal and reliable 1994 C280, but Steve was calmly reassuring, and after the old one started showing expensive signs of age (and 205K miles), I found Steve was absolutely right.  I am, indeed, safer on slippery roads,loving the new sound system and other features, terrifically comfortable, and with the warrantee, worry-free.<br />
Many thanks for the great services of your company and especially, Steve Boston.<br />

<p>&#8220;My&#8221; service advisor, Dustin O&#8217;Brien, went above and beyond to ensure<br />
that I was taken care of when my car needed to be towed to another dealer<br />
while I was in Connecticut. He called the other dealer and suddenly a loaner<br />
car materialized for me.  When a part was unavailable, he called the<br />
Connecticut dealer several times with ideas on how to expedite getting the<br />
part.  He called me daily to check up on the status of my car and whether I<br />
felt that I was being properly treated.  My car wasn&#8217;t at his dealership,<br />
but since I was his client that didn&#8217;t matter.  He treated me like I was his<br />
best and only customer.  I will continue to purchase cars at Mercedes-Benz<br />
of Natick due to Dustin&#8217;s superb service.  I actually send my friends who<br />
are thinking of buying a Mercedes to talk to Dustin first &#8212; then they buy<br />
from Mercedes-Benz of Natick! He&#8217;s great (we have purchased 3 vehicles from<br />
this dealer)<br />
