<p>We write to tell you that we purchased a 2010 SRX in January, 2010.<br />
Unfortunately, we had a few problems that left us totally dissatisfied and<br />
regretting our purchase.  However, your staff, Mark Goldstein, John Brodeur,<br />
George Rigo, and George Belovich all worked very hard to resolve our<br />
problems.<br />
Their efforts as a team went above and beyond and completely turned our<br />
attitude around.  We are 110% satisfied customers! This was not an easy task<br />
for them to fulfilled but they did it along with the entire staff at the<br />
Cadillac &#8211; Warwick dealership.  Thank you!  Neal &amp; Donna</p>

<p>Approximately 3 months ago my wife and I purchased our 4th Saturn from Saturn of Warwick, and I must say that as always the staff was GREAT! From Frank Merino, our salesman to Debra Gleavey in Finance, they worked so hard to make us happy and just made the whole car buying experience fantastic.  But I must say that if it wasn&#8217;t for Ken Blowers who sold us our 1st Saturn 10 years ago, who knows where we would be today.  It is because of the professional, friendly and courteous staff that we keep coming back, as well as referring others that we know to Saturn of Warwick.  Mark Goldstein should be proud of his team, as I am sure he is.  It is just sad to see Saturn go.<br />
Thankfully though the same familiar faces are still there. </p>
<p>Since purchasing this new Vue it has been in for service several times for warranty work and I must say, Pat, John and AJ in Service, as well as the Service Techs, always make this experience better. I can honestly say that we never leave their unhappy.  On a recent trip to the Service Department our Vue needed to stay, so a courtesy vehicle was given to us.  A couple of days later we went to pick up our Vue, and I can not say enough good things about how our vehicle came back.  Evidently it was parked under a tree where birds reside and they made a mess of the vehicle, so before we picked up the Vue, John in Service had the vehicle reconditioned&#8230;It looked better than showroom quality!  It is because of this professionalism that keeps us coming back!  GREAT JOB! </p>
<p>Now even though Saturn is no longer, I know that I could never buy another vehicle from another dealership and I will always refer family and friends to Herb Chambers Warwick dealership where they can take advantage of their concierge service in car buying.</p>
