My husband and I purchased a 2009 Lexus IS 250 on 12-29-08 and picked it up on Jan 10th.  We originally signed up for the tire warranty that was offered for 495.00.  Subsequently, I changed my mind about the tire warranty and called the finance person before I took delivery of the car and told him that.  When I picked up the car on Jan 10th I signed some paperwork and he told me that I would have the refund back within 7-10 days for the 495.00 (we had paid for everything by check).  Since then I have made 3 phone calls and my husband even visited the dealership in person on Feb 14 and was told someone would look into it.  No one has gotten back to us and there has been no check in the mail.  At one point Rob Morris said he would get the check out on 2-9 by fed express and we would have by 2-10.  I told him regular mail would be better for us figuring he could mail it 2-9, but still nothing.   Can someone please look into this for me and get back to me?   Quite frankly I didnt expect the lack of customer service from Herb Chambers Lexus that we have experienced.

My family has been a customer of Lexus of Norwood since the first Lexus rolled out in the early 90’s.  We absolutely love the new dealership you have built in Sharon.  It’s an amazing facility, and the location is very convenient for RI Customer.

I‘m in the market for a 2009 M3 sedan.  What made me think of your BMW dealership is I am an admirer of your Ferrari Daytona that you had rescued and restored.  I enjoyed watching a recent television show that featured you finding one of your dream cars and then restoring it.  I think your passion for cars and your good business practices are what separate you from the rest of the people in the car business.

I recall a few years back, my father became displeased with a deal he had worked out on a Lexus SC with a sales associate.  Apparently news had gotten back to you and you had personally called him.  That phone call alone made him believe in your dealership enough that he resolved his issue, and purchased the car from you.  The rest is history.  Based on my parents over 15 years of loyalty to your Lexus dealership, I have decided to shop to find the BMW of my dreams at your dealership.  Since I love to drive manual transmissions, Lexus isn’t an option.  BMW is my passion.

You’re an icon; I hope you continue to pursue your passion for automotive excellence.

I would like to thank you for the professionalism and courtesy of both Mr. Ed Amaral and Mr. Sam Prusak. On Saturday November 1st both my girlfriend and I purchased new Lexus vehicles from your dealership. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from the Lexus dealership and this is my girlfriend’s second vehicle. Mr. Prusak was by far a true gentleman and I have and will continue to send my friends and family to deal with both Mr. Prusak and Mr. Amaral. We both thank you for everything that they have done for us to make our experience painless and enjoyable.

When we decided to purchase our new Lexus we shopped at all the Lexus dealerships throughout Massachusetts.  None of them could close to the price we got at Herb Chambers.  We literally saved thousands over the competitors best deals. The other Massachusetts dealerships told us they couldn’t touch Herb Chambers prices.   All the competitors told us the same thing.  Herb may have better prices but you’ll be back to us for our service.   You won’t like Herb Chambers’ Service.

The competitors were right we didn’t like Herb Chambers Service, we LOVED it.  The Service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is the best service we’ve ever received for any car, or any product.  I work at a Fortune 500 company in Customer Service and Herb’s Service is the best I’ve ever seen.   The entire new facility is amazing with every convenience you could want.   The staff there is happy to assist you in any way possible.  It makes going in for service an enjoyable time instead of something you dread.

We have a truck from another dealership and we are counting the months down to we dump it and buy a new one at Herb Chambers Lexus.

We can’t say enough positive about Herb Chambers Lexus.  It is simply the standard that all other dealerships should hope to achieve.

CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER MET. HE WAS HELPFUL, NOT PUSHY (LIKE IN YOUR ADS),
HE CERTAINLY PUTS THE SERVICE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS YOU KNOW MOST PEOPLE
HATE BUYING A CAR.
I DID NOT WALK OUT OF YOUR SHOWROOM WITH BUYERS REGRET.
I AM IN SALES AND AM AMAZED AT HOW INEPT MOST CAR SALESPEOPLE ARE IN
DEALING WITH PEOPLE. I ALSO TEACH SALES AT A LOCAL COLLEGE AND OFTEN WONDER
WHY MOST CAR SALESPEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT HOW TO PROPERLY SELL. JOE IS

We had a great experience buying our 350 Suv Lexus.

Sam Prusak really made it easy and he was very low key and more than helpful. NO PRESSURE. I plan on telling our friends to go see him when they need their next Lexus. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there. We found your team warm, polite and very inviting. The follow up before buying the car was a plus 10 and better. Thanks for such great service. I did go to other dealers closer to home but found that your approach was the best. We had already owned a Lexus. Sam was the best and a delight. My husband and I are very happy. We are enjoying the car so much.

Hello Mr. Chambers,

I came into the Lexus dealership, here in Sharon, MA on 10/02/08 with the intent to voluntarily repossess my 2006 Lexus GS 300. I could no longer afford my car due to a downshift in my job. When I came into the building, I met Manny Menasha, who was standing at the desk and told me that it was a bad decision and that he would help me with my situation to find a solution. He then introduced me to Moe M. who showed me the other options, which were to buy a more affordable vehicle, so that I could still keep my excellent credit and have realiable transportation. After about three hours, I found a used 2005 Nissan Maxima, which resembled my Lexus.

I greatly appreciate everything that Manny, Moe, and their collegues did for me. They were very understanding and helpful with what I thought was a grim situation.
