Exceptional Dealership at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon – Diane – Osterville, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers:
I recently visited your new dealership in Sharon. I went there to test-drive a Lexus and ended up happily buying one that same day. Staline Boisse was my sales contact and he found me the perfect car for a great price. I felt Staline was there for me and made the whole experience comfortable. He even helped me when I came back to get my inspection. He treated me great. Going to a dealership for a woman can be a harrowing experience; I have told my friends and family that your dealership is the exception. Kevin, the finance manager, was great to work with and Rick, the service manager was wonderful as well. I loved driving into the covered service area and having someone take my car. I also loved the cafe. I am definitely coming to Sharon for my oil changes; it is an exceptional dealership. Please tell your team that I am so impressed with their professionalism that I plan on staying a customrer for life.

A Great Salesman at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon, Deborah – Wayland, MA

Dear Herb,
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus IS 250 from your dealership in Sharon MA. Upon entering your facility, we were greeted by one of your salesmen, Stephen Baker. He was just wonderful. On your website, I had found two models that I was very excited to see. Stephen not only immediately showed me these models, but even suggested I look at one that would be suitable for the sometimes harsh New England weather. He had great knowledge of the vehicle and I felt very comfortable with the non stressful way he handled the sale. The process of figuring out financing can be rather difficult however I feel I received a fair and reasonable price for the quality of this car.
Many people don’t get the praise they should for the hard work they do, so I wanted to be sure you knew what a great salesman you have on your team. If I, or anyone I know, are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle, I will be sure to send them not only to your facility, but will highly suggest they speak with Stephen.
I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Impressed with the Philosophy at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon, Tom – Norfolk, MA

My wife, Jennifer, and I purchased a Lexus RX350 from the Sharon location last year and have been thoroughly impressed with both the Herb Chambers company and its philosophy.  By comparison, the nearby Acura dealership where I purchased my 2004 Acura TL seems dumpy and ill-equipped to handle my issues.  While I love my car, I was not enamored with the purchase experience and have never enjoyed any service experience I’ve had there. I’d like to put my vote in for Mr. Chambers to open up an Acura dealership nearby so that I can purchase my next car from him!

Herb, I hope this gets to you.

First I would like to let you know that I am commenting on both the Lexus dealership and the Burlington Honda dealership.

I just want to say what a great team that you have assembled.  I have bought
6 cars in the last 3 years, 12 if you count me and my buddy Steven.  We bought and sold/traded at the same time, each time.

The professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and going above and beyond is far superior than I have ever experienced in all the years that I have purchased cars.

As a Human Resources Manager, I know how important it is to recognize your employees.  Without excellent employees a company is just not a great company.

I just want to mention a few folks that work for you that have made our experience an excellent experience that will keep us coming back to you and your dealerships.

Extremely Excited New Lexus Owner at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon, Julie – West Roxbury, MA

To whom it may concern:
     On May 5th 2010, I purchased a 2010 Lexus from the Herb Chambers Lexus dealer in Sharon MA. I thought it was imperative to send this email to comment on the PHENOMENAL customer service I received throughout this purchase. My sales consultant was BILL KESSLER. I do not often take the time to comment on service but for this experience I felt it was absolutely necessary.  I am a young female professional and have a history of HORRIBLE   customer service when dealing with car sales and service. I dreaded the thought of purchasing this new vehicle. Mr. Kessler was an extraordinary exception to my past experiences. He was knowledgeable, comforting, and overall FANTASTIC to work with. Herb Chambers is very fortunate to have Mr. Kessler as a sales consultant!! I have recommended Mr. Kessler  already to several (hopefully) future Lexus owners!
