A Marine Highly Recommends his Salesman at Herb ChambersInfiniti of Boston, Aaron

Hello, my name is Aaron and I am a United States Marine.  I had no credit to my name when I went into the dealership and I thought there was no way I was ever going to walk out of there with a car.  My sales consultant RAY WALLACE worked with me extensively to try to get me a car. We tried so many things; through his dealership, through outside lenders and even other dealerships and nothing was working out but Ray wouldn’t give up and told me not to give up.  I was trained to never quit but I was on the verge of giving up when Ray called me and told me that he got me approved for financing and to this day I have never been happier.  Its because of Ray that I got my first car and its not a crappy car, its a Lexus and I cannot be happier with this purchase.  Ray Wallace went the extra 10 miles when it came to helping me out and without Rays help, none of this would have been possible and I thank him with everything I have because he didnt have to do the things he did to help me. He was very professional and always told me to keep my head up because in the end it was all going to work out.  To me that really put my trust in him and there are not too many car salesman out there that you can trust but Ray Wallace is one of the few that you can trust and I highly recommend him for any award or promotion that you can give.

and the people I worked with. At first we had a few issues, but they were
willing to work things out. My salesman was John Andrade and the sales
manager was Thomas McComb. They both worked well with me to resolve my
issues, and I will highly recommend this dealership.

Incredibly Smooth Process at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, Mike – Nashua, NH

I recently concluded a search for a new car and ended up purchasing an Infiniti from HC of Boston.  Besides the fact I love the car (and I am a devote and loyal Toyota owner since 1986), the dealership was incredible.  First off, the General Manager, James Bulger was great.  I found out the dealership in Boston had the car I wanted, M35x with advanced tech package with the color I wanted.  I had been dealing with the HC Westboro Infiniti group and while they were great – especially Daniel Benefito, they didn’t have the car I wanted.  After a week I decided to call Boston and see what they had.  The operator connected me to James, I asked James for his best price on the car I wanted.  I heard back from him promptly, the offer was in the range I expected.  I bought the car over the phone and made arrangements to finalize payments.  James was great at communicating and listening.  He made sure I got everything I needed, spent time explaining what I needed to do and made him and Geoffrey Dauo, the salesmen he assigned to me, were there to make my purchase the best experience purchasing a vehicle anyone could imagine.  James is a wonderful person and a tremendous advocate of the Infiniti, especially the M35.  His passion for the vehicles shows in all he does.  Also, Geoffrey Dauo is a tremendous salesperson.  He portrays trust and honesty.  He spent a lot of time going through all the details of the deal.  Geoff and James made the car buying process very easy and enjoyable.  The next day Geoffrey delivered the car to me and spent 1 1/2 setting up and going through the car options and features.  Great job.  At no time did I feel I was being sold a car.  The entire process went incredibly smooth and tailored to my needs.  Both James and Geoff are awesome people and are a credit to your business.  I have to mention one other item – a funny one that didn’t appear funny at the time.  After the car got dropped off, I drove it around for about 1/2 hour in the rain and left it in my garage the next day.  I got home and when I opened the trunk, I noticed what looked like a 1″ scratch on the rear trunk.  I only noticed it in the light and when the trunk was opening.  I could not figure how this could have happened at my house since it had sat all day.  I carefully tried to check it out and it appeared to me pretty deep/rough.  I immediately called Geoff and he arranged of me to get the scratch fixed the next day.  I showed up and James Bulger the GM comes out and we go out and see the car.  His concern was to take care of the problem and how it got sent out without the scratch getting caught.  Long story short – James checked the “scratch” a little better than I did and it ended up being some dried on material.  Both James and I were very relieved.  Despite the way this turned out, I could never imagine a dealership flat out say we’ll fix it sight unseen. This is the kind of support from truly great dealerships.  Geoffrey even wanted to fill my tank since I had driven down to Boston from NH.  Great dealership, great people!  I am so pleased with purchasing my car from them, they are outstanding.

I want to make note – I dealt with a number of your dealerships, since my search was for various types of vehicles.  Two others who stand out were Patty Quick from the Lexus dealership and Daniel Benefito from the Westbrook Infiniti dealership.  Patty was prompt and thorough on her responses and information she provided.  Also, she was very knowledgeable and did a great job trying to sell.  However, the other trait that was admirable – when I mentioned I was looking at other cars besides the Lexus, she immediately mentioned your other dealerships and pitched the HC family.  She portrayed a positive experience and exhibited good teamwork even if it meant she didn’t get the sale.  Admirable.  Daniel was very similar, except he did everything for me.  He got me maintenance schedules, car inventories and just about anything else you could ask for.  If I had bad impressions or arrogance from either of these two individuals, I can assure you I wouldn’t have bought a HC car.  They portrayed a good image and made a good impression. 

Anyway – I am very pleased with the dealership and the car.

Delightful experience at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon – Maureen – Raynham, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
I recently bought a preowned Lexus at your dealership in Sharon. I just
wanted to let you know what a delightful experience it was! Dave Richman was
our sales person. He was very patient with us…. he spent many hours taking
us on test drives, and answering all our questions. We did not buy a car on
our first visit. There was no pressure.
When we returned (a few months later!) He remembered us, and he was just as
patient with us. During our visits, everyone who worked there was most
welcoming and cordial. When we finally decided on our car, everything went
quite smoothly. Dave went over everything with us, as did the young man in
the finance department.
When we picked up the car, it was perfect. Dave took even more time going
over all the “tricks” of the car. I can honestly say that I love driving my
Lexus!
I’ve bought a few cars in my life time, and this was the first time I
thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Your dealership in Sharon is one to be
very proud of! I thought you should know!

Amazing Dealership, Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood – Richard – Weymouth, MA

To Mr. Herb Chambers,

I was going to write a long hand written letter and leave it for you at the
dealership but this seems even easier. I wanted to write a completely
personal letter regarding my experiences at this dealership.
I have held a number of positions in my life where customer service is vital
and in a world where advertising one’s business as custonmer service
friendly, it is rare to find a place where reality far surpasses promises.
That is the case with your dealership. It is an absolutely extraordinary
business where you literally are made to feel that each person working
there, whether they are dealing directly with you or just passing you in the
lobby, care a great deal about you and it all feels totally sincere.
Our actual experience with your dealership started at its previous location.
We had purchased a pre owned Lexus in 2001 from a very bad dealership in the
Worcester area but living in Weymouth, we used your Norwood place for
service and were fortunate to have Rich McMillan back then. AFter many
years, I ended up buying a pre owned Lexus at your Sharon dealership and
Rich was instrumental in a very personal way this past week.
There are actually 3 people I wanted to single out in this letter; Joe Bere
who sold me my vehicle, Ronnie Travers who has been an absolute angel to
deal with in service, and Rick Mcmillan who helped me in making some
difficult decisions.
My wife is mentally disabled and Joe became aware of this last year when he
sold me my RX 330.  This is only relevant because we brought her older
vehicle in for repairs and found that it was possibly going to cost us more
than we could afford to repair it. Without even being asked, Joe called me
the next day trying to find any way to put together a deal to help us buy a
newer car. Although he did not realize how attached to her previous car she
was, it was a great gesture.
Ronnie is just an amazing serviceperson and an amazing woman. Her caring
ways and love of animals created a very specific bond as she worked to help
me with the car stuff. Someone starts out as just a person you deal with for
a car and by the time you are finished, you have an honest friend as well.
She worked so hard with the service dept to get my wife’s car safe and at a
cost we could afford. Due to Patty’s disability, this was a HUGE thing for
us. Even my wife joined me to pick up the car and thank Ronnie personally.
Rick was very helpful all the way through in looking for ways to make the
repairs the right ones for us at the best cost. All of these people together
are amazing.

PS: Evn the attitude of the people behind the food counter as well as the
casheres adds to the whole atmosphere of warmth and caring.

 i was suprised the way i was treated i want to look at a car was not dressed to nice but i was treated with a lot of respect i had a very pleasent time going there i would recomend anyone to go buy a car there they were 4 people that help me from the start they were all very nice starting at the phone till dilivery time i remember 3 names rocco,erick,patty .Q one more that i dont remember but he was also very nice. when i first walked in ur dealership me and my wife looked at each other and said we dont belong here looked way out of our league but they didnt care and still gave us respect thats how all dealerships should be we work very hard to earn what we have and it feels good when u spend it people apriciat it just wanna say thank u for your great service

I just got my car back today after it had been in a few days for service and
repair. Frank Cardinale, who I always deal with in the service department,

I recently had some recall service performed on my Lexus. Service was preformed very well. But i wanted to let you know about the “extra mile” service provided by RJ Graf, the Parts Manager at Lexus of Sharon. Dropping off my loaner car, i picked up my own car but left my briefcase in the loaner. By the time i realized this, it was after closing (6:10pm friday) and i had important things in my briefcase i need the next morning. After several paniced calls and getting only the answering machine, i finally called the direct line to parts and luckily got hold of RJ Graf. RJ was extremely nice, immediately located my brief case in the loaner car, called me back and offered to drop it off at my house. I met him 10 mnutes later at a location convenient to both of us, and got my briefcase. Thanks to RJ. Great guy! He even gave me a restaurant tip that was excellent!
