My wife and I wanted to send you our second rave review of
Gabriella Hanley, who sold us our second car in 2 months.  My wife wrote to
you about Gabriella’s great job in leasing us a new Mini at the end of
March.  This past month we needed a car for our daughter, who has just
finished her freshman year at college, and of course we went right back to
Gabriella, who found us the perfect pre-owned car–a 2007 Toyota–for our
daughter.  Gabriella again was thoughtful, very responsive, sized up our
needs and really delivered.  Kudos again to Gabriella.  You’re not paying

Leasing a Sixth Vehicle at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Catherine – South Boston, MA

This afternoon I had the pleasure of working with Rob Morris over the phone to resolve a  release form concern I had for a Lexus currently being leased by my mother. I called Rob on behalf of my mother as she is hearing impaired and cannot hear people easily over the telephone. I was very pleased at the level of attentiveness, knowledge and speed in which Rob responded to and resolved my inquiry. It is because of people like Rob that my family is on their way to leasing their 6th consecutive Herb Chambers vehicle. Thank you.

Hi,
We just leased a mini – hope to get it this coming week, and had a
completely positive experience with the team on Comm Ave.  In particular, I
have to tell you that my husband and I (who have bought and leased many cars
in our 30-year marriage) have never had a better sales person than Gabriella
Hanley.  She was really a pleasure to deal with.  She was extremely helpful
and knowledgeable, and most impressively did not try to sell us something we
didn’t want or need.  We felt that she was really trying to find the best
fit for us – something we’d really be happy with.  Between her great
service, and the Business Manager, Kevin Barry, who helped put together a
very fair lease package for us, we walked away extremely pleased and
satisfied.

Easy Car Buying Experience, Herb Chambers Honda Boston, Kevin – Boston, MA

I bought/leased a 2010 Honda Pilot a few weeks ago from your Boston
dealership on Comm Ave.  I Talk with James Aiello on the phone a few times
about what I was looking for.  He told me to come in and that he would be
able to get me in the car I was looking at.  I got there and I met Keith
Banks and between James and Keith they made car buying the easiest I have
every had.  They made you feel very relaxed and there was no perssure to
buy.  I would go back to Herb Chamber and James/Keith and the whole staff at
Herb Chambers Honda Boston on my next car.  I have also told everyone I know
to go there for a car.

Refreshing Experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, Tim – Newton, MA

This is just a quick comment about my recent experience with Nate Piasta and Jillian McDermott at the Herb Chambers Toyota Boston location. It’s refreshing in this day and age, when everyone is working overtime to make a buck – to work two professionals that actually looked out for what was best for my situation. In this case buying out my lease was a better option than leasing a new vehicle. Let’s just say, the effect this ultimately has – is that in the near future we will be leasing a new Siena for my wife! So it will result in a new sale as well!

Wonderful Car Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Debra – Leominster, MA

Mr Chambers,

Can I just say that on Dec 5th I leased an Infiniti Ex and I had a wonderful
experience to say the very least. It all started with my brother asking if I
wanted to go with him while he was going to purchase a new Infiniti as well
the week before. Well, I went along for the ride but had no real intention
of purchasing anything right away. I had leased a 2007 Nissan Altima and the
lease was ending on 1/10/2010 so I just went to start looking. The Sales
person that we corresponded with was Anthony Carlino. He is a true asset to
your Dealership!!! He sat with my brother first and then took the additional
time to have me drive the Infiniti EX and explain everything about it. I
have never had the service that he extended to us in the past at any
dealership and I appreciated all the “QUALITY” time he spent with both of
us. Once I drove the EX I was hooked and from that point on Anthony did what
ever was in his power to do so in order that I might be able to purchase
this car. I have not had the opportunity to deal with any other sales person
from your dealership nor do I ever want to. If the sales people at your
dealership are all as excellent as Anthony I can understand why you are as
big a dealership as you are. Customer Service is no. 1 in my book because I
too, am in a customer service position and it is fantastic to see that it
truly does exist!! I would just like to close by saying that not only did I
buy an infiniti but also made a friend and that doesn’t happen every day.
