<p>I recently (yesterday!) purchased a 2011 328i from Herb Chambers<br />
BMW in Boston.  I was extremely impressed with everyone with whom I had<br />
contact at the dealership. It was a great experience and I would highly<br />
recommend your dealership to anyone! I had been looking at new BMW&#8217;s while I<br />
was on vacation in Florida, but preferred to buy at home in Boston, so<br />
contacted the dealership by phone from Florida. Kaif Thompson was the<br />
salesperson with whom I dealt. He was extremely helpful, locating a vehicle<br />
that met all of my specifications. He was professional, knowledgeable,<br />
straightforward, extremely pleasant and a great person with whom to do<br />
business. The two gentleman in finance that worked with me, Ozzie and Kevin<br />
were also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and also very<br />
pleasant. <br />
Over the past several years, I have had my 2002 BMW serviced at this<br />
dealership and have also had a similar experience with your service<br />
department.  In the service dept., I have dealt primarily with Jim<br />
Miscioscia. He has offered me the same level of professional and excellent<br />
service.<br />
I am thrilled with my new car and look forward to dealing with Herb Chambers<br />
BMW in the future!<br />

I bought a used vw from Barry @ your Boston, Com Ave location  two weeks ago<br />
and I&#8217;m writing to let you know that both Barry and Kevin the sales manager<br />
were great. We needed a 4th car for our teens to drive for just the next<br />
year and a half (before college) and I had gone in to test drive a civic<br />
thinking we&#8217;d lease. I told Barry my budget and they had just got a<br />
beautiful, low mileage vw Cabrio in. It&#8217;s perfect for our needs and because<br />
the service was so great I&#8217;ll definitely purchase my next vehicle from Herb<br />
Chambers. King made the paperwork easy and all in all I can&#8217;t tell you how<br />
nice it was to buy from a dealership where everyone was so laid back.<br />

agreed that I would bring the car to the dealership for re-inspection of the<br />
scratch and that it would be fixed. His wording was clear and simple; to the<br />
point. I appreciate the effort and I hope, if the car will be indeed fixed,<br />
that my wife will simile again. Thank you, for now, for the follow up and<br />

<p>5/7/09</p>
<p>We bought a used car (Honda Accord 2007) yesterday and thought we&#8217;d celebrate (we signed the paperwork on Monday, title on Tuesday and picked up the car on Wednesday this week). Instead, we feel taken advantage of and really disappointed. The car was presented to us as in Excellent Condition and both, the manager Kevin and the sales person Alex, lied to us. We asked them about the condition of the car multiple times and they both said repeatedly that the car is excellent condition and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. They let us believe that we are getting great deal on the car. They must have known. It&#8217;s their job to know. And we feel it was also their job to let us know about this condition. There is a scratch on the door that we were not told about (and unfortunately we didn&#8217;t notice it; it&#8217;s not big and you might not notice it at first glance because it&#8217;s on the lower part of the back doors) and the sales person told me yesterday, when I was picking up the car and when I noticed the scratch, that &#8220;you didn&#8217;t see it because the car was dirty before. It&#8217;s nothing don&#8217;t worry about it.&#8221; We also did get only one key with the remote and one valet parking key.<br />
So that&#8217;s our experience with your dealership and with your people. I wonder why am I even writing this? I think because I still want to believe that the person we see on TV telling us about the great experience one should have when buying a car telling the truth and that he really means what he says. We are therefore asking you to make this right. We are asking you to give us that great experience. Unfortunately, I can&#8217;t ask you for the tears of my wife back. But perhaps you can do something about the car. Respectfully, Miroslav</p>
