Mr. Chambers,
  My wife and I bought an Equinox last week from your Danvers Chevrolet
location and wanted you to know what a positive shopping experience it was
for us.  Every staff member we met or worked with was professional,
articulate, and cordial. They made us feel that you were good people who
genuinely put our satisfaction as priority number one.
 We were particulary impressed with our salesman Kevin Fitzpatrick.  No
slick caricature car-salesman hype—just a warm, reassuring guide who
walked us through the buying process and treating us more like a partner
than a client.  Hats off too to Jon Chiavelli who also steered us through
the financial end of the deal with grace, good humor, and expertise.
    We are GM loyalists and have bought elsewhere in the past, but we shall
certainly not hesitate to return to your dealership.
