After my initial visit to the Dodge dealership in Danvers which was not a good experience, I received a call from Jim Klimas, and returned to the dealership.  I met with John Puleo, Josh and John (?) DiPietro. Make a long story short, I purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan.  I will miss the 4 Js – Jim, John, John and Josh, and also Bill Lee.  Everyone was so nice – I love my van, and just want to thank everyone for being so nice and going out of their way to help me finance my loan.

A Real Positive Experience at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Danvers, Debby and Frank – Boston, MA

Dear Mr.Chambers – my fiance and I really have to commend the staff at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Danvers.  I have been rather picky in my search for my ‘dream’ Jeep Wrangler, and Jim and his staff really went above and beyond.  Jim himself called many dealers, outside of Massachusetts, to ensure that he could find my car.  He kept us in the loop when things didn’t go quite as fast as he knew we were hoping for.  I enjoyed working with Anabelle (sales) and Josh (financing) – they took an intimidating experience and made it easy, with a real honest friendliness.  My fiance and I felt very comfortable working with them, and the price was perfect for what we all went through.  A real positive experience, and I will be happy to return for keeping my Wrangler looking and working as new.

Fourth Honda Purchase at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, William – Wilmington, MA

fourth Honda, a result of the excellent customer service and the courteous,

shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
salesperson this time and just couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful and
personable.  Both Josh and Sergio are assets to your company and staff like
this goes a long way in preserving clients and in generating referral
business.  We are always happy to refer business based on the way we have

My experience today at Ford of Westborough was the epitome of professionalism and service. Yesterday, I made a random call to service to inquire about having our recently purchased suv looked at. The front bumper was a bit loose at one corner (most likely a broken clip or bolt) I anticipated leaving it for a day or so. “Jeff” tells me to bring it in in the morning. Service was very busy, I waited about an hour, they corrected the problem, cleaned the vehicle and I was on my way. I couldnt believe it! Paul in sales, Josh in finance, and the service team. I really do appreciate this level of service. Well done!!
