I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from your dealership in Westboro.  I dealt with Howie Reske.  I took delivery of the car and drove home to Ashland. 
‘The seat started to give me bad sciatic pain.  I told Howie and he told me to come back to see him.  I went back and test drove a 2011 Taurus and that too hurt my back.  Howie put in a call to Harry Maragianis at Toyota of Auburn. Harry gave me a very good deal on my Ford Fusion with 250 miles on it towards a 2011 Camry XLE.  At the Toyota dealership I worked closely with Jimmy Eldean and Shawn Connors. Mr. Chambers you should be very proud of your people because they really helped me fix a bad situation.  Thanks Again!!

I just arrived at home with a new Corolla! My name is Luis
and i wanted to take time to appreciate the amazing staff that you have at
Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, one in particular Jimmy Eldean. On my first
visit I almost had no hope for a new car knowing that I was just a student.
I had previously gone to other dealerships and got turn down. Jimmy opened
up my eyes and presented all the options I had. I did not have funds for a
down payment and did not have a co-signer. He tried and tried and kept
trying to make getting a car a reality. He explained everything with details
and in ways that I can understand; I never doubted myself. He really went
the extra mile and beyond to make this possible for me. I also would like to
appreciate Jimmy for working around my very tight school and work schedule
to make this possible. I felt comfortable from day one to when I received my
keys. Jimmy working together with Sean (finance guy) make an amazing team! I
have and will keep recommending people to go to Jimmy Eldean for their next
car purchase. Jimmy did not only get me a new car, he inspired me to keep

Dear Herb Chambers,
I took my Daughter to your Aurbrn dealership to purchase her first new car on Sunday. We dealt with Jimmy Eldean. I have purchased several Toyota vehicles from this dealership in the past, but not recently due to an un pleasent experience with one of the Finacial people several years ago. Sunday’s experience was fantastic. Jimmy Eldean was a fabulous Customer care person. He gave us a very good deal, we did not have to haggle for hours,he made the whole buying experience a pleasure.
This man should be a role model for all your employees.
Jimmy ran around in the driving rain, got soaked, just to make this deal happen.
Also I would like to note that your General Manager and the financial guy were courteous, professional and very helpful as well.
It appears to me that there have been some very positive changes since I last dealt wth Herb Chambers and I look forward to future business, Sincerely Paul
