<p>I purchased a 2010 F-150 from the Braintree Dealership. Right from<br />
my first involvement( and since )with the Sales and Service Depts has been<br />
outstanding. Recently I had problems with my Sync System. The Service Dept.<br />
spent the time and manhours in resolving the issue. I have come to really<br />
appreciate Sync and missed it when it was not available. I want to praise<br />
Service Tech Jim Richards for his diagnostic skills in solving the problem.<br />
I have not experience, for some time, the caliber of customer sevice that<br />
