Thumbs up to your Toyota of Boston!

Recently I bought an FJ cruiser and had a few warrantee issues taken care of by your service team. I have to say that I was very apprehensive about bringing my truck in to have someone else even touch it. Sounds crazy but I’m a car fanatic and have had bad experiences with my other vehicles. Seemed it would always come back with something else wrong or a new scratch, and treated like crap. Jim Pope and the rest of your people were complete gentlemen and took care of the issues I had. Best thing is, I never did hear that word no. That means a lot to me.
