I have written to herb chambers about the excellent service I have had and the salesman Jim Mc Kenna, he was a heaven sent.  I’ve been doing business with another dealership for the last 12yrs and they can NOT even come close to the service here. Jim made me feel relaxed, and explained as many times as I asked about different or the same things. Not only is Jim a dedicated salesman, but he has made me a dedicated client of herb chambers now and the years to come.

which have come up since the purchase (non-vehicular in nature), Jim has
demonstrated his professionalism, attention, attitude and concern about your
customer that I have never experienced in 45 years of buying cars.

Salesman Went Out of His Way at Herb Chambers Cadillac, John & Sharon – Westport, MA

Purchased ‘10 CTS WGN. this past Monday in Warwick. Salesman JIM
McKENNA. This is the 6th Caddi we’ve owned, the previous purchased in NH.

In all our Caddi experience never have we had a rep. better than McKenna;
never. The man went out of his way with understanding, concern and
responsiveness. Further, he was TOTALLY knowledgeable;ie; he was able to
answer any and all questions without consultation.

If I ran any type of a sales organization, I would hire him in a minute and,
remember, we are talking about a car salesman here. Great job.

New CTS purchase at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Providence, RI – Janet – MA

I am not a flowery person nor do I write or comment on service often.  Had to let you know my salesman Jim McKenna, went over and above what was necessary after buying my new CTS cadillac last week.  As an example, he drove to my house in MA on Sunday to deliver my registration for my insurance company inadvertently told me I should not be driving with just the binder and he knew I was uncomfortable and hand delivered it to me.  I am older and he couldn’t have treat me better if I were his Mom…  Thank Jim for me.
