I thought that you might appreciate hearing from another happy customer.

Although I live very close to York Ford and Stoneham Ford, I drove an hour
to Westborough so that I could make my purchase from a company that truly
understands good service and treating customers with honesty and respect.
Howie, Jason, Norm and especially Mike Domingues were sincerely helpful

I am taking the time to write a note of thanks as I was so
pleased with Steve and Jason with the sale of our truck. I knew what we
wanted, but could not do business with CT Ford companys as they wanted me in their showrooms. I was not going to travel to be snowed. Places close
by would not budge with prices. Many of the places became quite rude when
I commented on my knowledge and prices gained by Herb Chambers. Jason
hussled to find trucks within our cost, but still could not easily find
the color.  He then swapped trucks off a lot in CT with a dealer who was
most difficult to me.
We bought the truck we wanted for with the price we could afford thanks to
Steve and Jason. I will return time and time again as I do not mind the
travel distance to do business with someone you can count on and trust. I
have complimented Herb Chambers to many friends and family and will
continue as I know the value of the word. Thanks again!

A Dealership That Is Professional Yet Humanistic, Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Daniel – Oxford, MA

My 2008 Prius was finally involved in the accelerator/floor mat recall program. Last Sunday I took my car over to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn to leave it so that the recall could be completed during a scheduled appointment on Monday. I walked out into the showroom and met Jason, a salesman. We looked at a 2010 Prius IV and took it for a test drive. During the test drive service called me to say the recall had been completed on my 2008.
The test drive was successful. My wife and I have a “glitch” in our credit history but the dealership was willing to work with us to maximize rebates and minimize expenses. On Monday evening we drove out with our new Prius.
Thanks Herb Chambers for a dealership that is professional yet humanistic.

Mr. Chambers, it was a very pleasant experience with the dealership
I went to for the purchase of my car. Jason and Giau  was a really good help
and was very professional. I also liked that they did not do what normal
dealerships would do try to take advantage of the customers or bug them to
purchase cars from them like what I have experienced with Boch dealers.
