Dear Herb,
It has been a few months since I purchased a fourth car from a Herb Chambers dealership, and it seemed about time to send a note to you. The first ‘Herb’ experience was with James Bulger, with whom we ultimately purchased three vehicles when he was selling at your Honda dealership and pleased to see he is now general manager at your Infiniti. As he was so fabulous, when I decided to buy a Mercedes-Benz, it seemed logical to try ‘Herb’ again and it turned out to be another great experience.

After visits to all three of your Mercedes dealerships, the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Natick won me over almost immediately. There is a positive energy here that pervades the entire dealership, from the salesmen to management, finance and service.  The atmosphere was congenial, respectful and attention to detail never waivered. Having revisited the dealership over the past few months, it has given me the opportunity to see this is a constant.  Kudos to pulling this off amongst the dust and interruption of building renovations, showing it truly is the people who make the experience.

I also work in a commission based sales business and was thoroughly impressed with the teamwork
and cooperativeness between the salesmen in an otherwise individual business. Throughout the transaction not only did my salesman work with me but every level of management checked in to make sure I was happy. I was always greeted by name, the door was always opened for me and everyone seems to be smiling there. The entire process was professional, seamless and first class all the way.

For me the purchase of my car doesn’t end with the paperwork. It more importantly includes the years to come of service visits and if these people seem to enjoy working together so much, that’s where I want to spend my time. Thanks, Herb, and keep doing what you’re doing. Management is doing something right in Natick, because if there was ever a business model to copy this group of people is it!

I purchased a CPO vehicle with Robert Hampton, Financed with Jamie McCracken , asked far too many questions of Wagnar Rosa  in service and George Warnock, General Sales Manager, both who patiently and happily answered every one and in no small part the biggest credit must be given to CPO Sales Manager Aidan Power, whose integrity, sincerity, constant follow up and product knowledge made this transaction the best vehicle purchase situation for me. His exceptional rapport with fellow management, sales staff and service is outstanding. Clearly he is an invaluable asset to your organization.

My wife, Anita, and I recently purchased an FX35 (2010) after twenty-five
years of owning Mercedes sedans. It was an important and challenging change
for us, but we feel completely comfortable and happy with our decision,
thanks to the wonderful experience we had with both our sales consultant,
Jose Goncalves and the general manager, James Bulger. Jose was informative,
courteous and patient in his relations with us and we were impressed with
his highly professional manner throughout. The ambiance was friendly and
unrushed and James’ presence as manager was helpful, civil and  reassuring.
Together they inspired trust in your company and we look forward to a

Incredibly Smooth Process at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, Mike – Nashua, NH

I recently concluded a search for a new car and ended up purchasing an Infiniti from HC of Boston.  Besides the fact I love the car (and I am a devote and loyal Toyota owner since 1986), the dealership was incredible.  First off, the General Manager, James Bulger was great.  I found out the dealership in Boston had the car I wanted, M35x with advanced tech package with the color I wanted.  I had been dealing with the HC Westboro Infiniti group and while they were great – especially Daniel Benefito, they didn’t have the car I wanted.  After a week I decided to call Boston and see what they had.  The operator connected me to James, I asked James for his best price on the car I wanted.  I heard back from him promptly, the offer was in the range I expected.  I bought the car over the phone and made arrangements to finalize payments.  James was great at communicating and listening.  He made sure I got everything I needed, spent time explaining what I needed to do and made him and Geoffrey Dauo, the salesmen he assigned to me, were there to make my purchase the best experience purchasing a vehicle anyone could imagine.  James is a wonderful person and a tremendous advocate of the Infiniti, especially the M35.  His passion for the vehicles shows in all he does.  Also, Geoffrey Dauo is a tremendous salesperson.  He portrays trust and honesty.  He spent a lot of time going through all the details of the deal.  Geoff and James made the car buying process very easy and enjoyable.  The next day Geoffrey delivered the car to me and spent 1 1/2 setting up and going through the car options and features.  Great job.  At no time did I feel I was being sold a car.  The entire process went incredibly smooth and tailored to my needs.  Both James and Geoff are awesome people and are a credit to your business.  I have to mention one other item – a funny one that didn’t appear funny at the time.  After the car got dropped off, I drove it around for about 1/2 hour in the rain and left it in my garage the next day.  I got home and when I opened the trunk, I noticed what looked like a 1″ scratch on the rear trunk.  I only noticed it in the light and when the trunk was opening.  I could not figure how this could have happened at my house since it had sat all day.  I carefully tried to check it out and it appeared to me pretty deep/rough.  I immediately called Geoff and he arranged of me to get the scratch fixed the next day.  I showed up and James Bulger the GM comes out and we go out and see the car.  His concern was to take care of the problem and how it got sent out without the scratch getting caught.  Long story short – James checked the “scratch” a little better than I did and it ended up being some dried on material.  Both James and I were very relieved.  Despite the way this turned out, I could never imagine a dealership flat out say we’ll fix it sight unseen. This is the kind of support from truly great dealerships.  Geoffrey even wanted to fill my tank since I had driven down to Boston from NH.  Great dealership, great people!  I am so pleased with purchasing my car from them, they are outstanding.

I want to make note – I dealt with a number of your dealerships, since my search was for various types of vehicles.  Two others who stand out were Patty Quick from the Lexus dealership and Daniel Benefito from the Westbrook Infiniti dealership.  Patty was prompt and thorough on her responses and information she provided.  Also, she was very knowledgeable and did a great job trying to sell.  However, the other trait that was admirable – when I mentioned I was looking at other cars besides the Lexus, she immediately mentioned your other dealerships and pitched the HC family.  She portrayed a positive experience and exhibited good teamwork even if it meant she didn’t get the sale.  Admirable.  Daniel was very similar, except he did everything for me.  He got me maintenance schedules, car inventories and just about anything else you could ask for.  If I had bad impressions or arrogance from either of these two individuals, I can assure you I wouldn’t have bought a HC car.  They portrayed a good image and made a good impression. 

Anyway – I am very pleased with the dealership and the car.

First Infiniti Purchase at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, – Melanie – Brighton, MA

I have been a longstanding Honda and Acura loyal customer.  I
currently lease a BMW.  With my lease term coming to its end, I started test
driving several cars. I was ready to buy an Acura but after doing some
online research, decided to “try” the Infiniti despite the fact that I had
not loved the feel of the car 3 years ago. I specifically went into Infiniti
of Boston because I knew James Bulger from Honda.  As always, I found him to
be nothing short of professional, and fair to deal with.  I have to admit
that I was not impressed with my first test drive 3 days ago but because of
James’ professionalism and my loyalty to him, I really wanted to give him
the business.  I decided to return to try it one more chance yesterday.
James set me up with Jose Goncalves who was knowledgeable, fair, honest and
professional.  If it were not for the tremendous customer service that both
myself and my boyfriend experienced with James and Jose, I would not have
purchased what I hope to be my first in a long line of Infinitis.  I would
be remiss if I did not inform you of what a tremendous asset these 2
gentlemen are to your organization and I will most definitely spread the
word.

I purchased two cars this year from Herb Chambers dealerships and received excellent customer care in both cases. In March I purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Matt Dency in Westborough. Matt has provdied excellent followup service including helping me address issues I had with my 2006 Ridgeline which I had purchased from another dealer. I recently stopped in to see Matt and mentioned my interest in an Infiniti M35X. Matt got me in touch with your Infiniti dealership in Boston and I purchased a 2007 M35X two weeks ago. We had visited other Infiniti dealerships but were not comfortable with the level of service we received. The professional and courteous service provided by James Bulger and Kashif Sheikh made it very easy to do business with your dealership. They treated my wife and I well and were willing to work with us on a deal that included the trade-in of our Lexus IS250.

We have been extremely pleased with both cars as well as the level of service we have received from HerbChambers Honda and look forward to working with your Infiniti dealership, particularly when you open the location in Westborough.
