I wanted to let you know that the experience I had this week at your
Infiniti dealership in Westboro has set a new standard for what I expect
when purchasing and servicing a car. Your entire staff, and in particular
Anthony Carlino, were professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to do
business with.

This was the first time in a car dealership that I was treated like a
potential customer should be treated. I never felt rushed or pressured, or
that I wasn’t taken seriously and every person I dealt with was friendly,
helpful and had time for all my questions. There were other options for me,
but I chose to buy from Anthony and Herb Chambers because I trust that I
will continue to receive this level of service for many years to come.

This feedback is long overdue, but I’d like to formally recognize and commend Anthony Carlino for a superior car purchasing experience. I bought an Infiniti G37x from Anthony in April of 2009 and, a year later, I’m still so thrilled with the car and the service at Herb Chambers Infiniti Westborough. Anthony embodies all the qualities most buyers want, but don’t always experience, in a sales professional: genuine, sincere, respectful,knowledgeable, and most important to me, not aggressive. I can’t recommend Anthony or Herb Chambers Infiniti highly enough. Buy your next car there – you’ll be glad you did!

Dear Mr. Chambers,
 My wife and I recently had a desire to buy another car.  We knew right
away that we had to contact Anthony Carlino at you’re Westborogh Infinity
dealership.  We had previously purchased an awesome Acura RSX from him last
year.  Anthony immediately got back to us with a great deal.  We drove down
from Tyngsboro to see him and although the car wasn’t for us it was still
great to reconnect with Anthony. We described the vehicle we wanted to him
after going for a test drive and now have him looking out for us.
 I have been to dozens of dealerships in the past, but now my wife and I
refuse to go anywhere else.  Even though we make a good living we definitely
don’t dress the part and we look like a couple of teenagers.  That has never
been an issue with your Westborough Infinity staff.  In fact, now we say to
everyone “We have people.”  This is simply because we know for a fact that
we won’t get a better deal from anyone else.  We won’t get the kind of
respect and sense of friendship anywhere else.  Anthony, Paul and James are
our people, and we recommend them to everyone regardless of what kind of car
they’re looking for.  They do you great justice and I still can’t believe I
am saying all this about a car dealership.  I really can’t say enough
though.

A great thanks for Anthony Carlino, Paul Martineau, and James Teague…Our
people.
And thanks Herb for making a normally tedious task into a delightful
experience.  I think if we lived closer we’d probably stop by just to say hi
to everyone.

Outstanding Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough – Sandi – Framingham, MA

My husband and I recently bought a 2010 Infinity EX35 from Herb Chambers Infinity in Westborough. The car buying experience is not usually something we enjoy, as a matter of fact the day before we almost bought an Acura, but the sales guy was so rude actually demanding a deposit, we left and decided to seek out other options. My husband suggested I check out the Infinity EX35, I walked into the dealership and was promptly greeted by Anthony Carlino. Being alone minus my husband I was a little worried, in the
past I have had not so great experiences venturing into a car dealership alone. Anthony understood this would be my vehicle and went above and beyond to show me the car, have me drive it and show me all the features and options available. He gave me a tour of the facility even before we decided we wanted the car. There was no pressure what so ever, all my questions were answered and it was overall a seamless car buying experience. The deal was done promptly and efficiently. We knew we loved the vehicle and could have
went elsewhere to buy it, but we were so impressed with the outstanding customer service and attention to detail we had no need to leave. Anthony was professional, fair and easily accessible the days following the sale with a few questions I had. We have both agreed we look forward to working with Anthony in the future and have already recommended him to friends who inquired of our vehicle purchase.  ~ Sandi

Stuart Green, the master with the magic wand. I feel like everybody
was working with me on this deal front end to the general manager ( cool
guy). Now, Mr Chambers, what a true inspiration Anthony Carlino is. I am
very impressed. He is a true master at his work. I am manager at Lowes.
There is a one secret in customer service sales business! Anthony Carlino
understands that! Very friendly and makes you feel important. He values his
customer. Mr Chambers, I am almost to the point where I really want to join
your A team down there. Great customer service skills they get. Thank you!

Good Car, Good Deal at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Warren and Mary Ann, – Longmeadow, MA

We recently purchased a g37x. after shopping around for for about 6
weeks I decided it was time to move and buy a car. on the return visit to
your dealership on sunday 1/31, we arrived at noon and drove our new car
home at 4pm. your sales consultant JOHN CANTLIN and general manager PRANAV
GILL were the ones who made it happen, since the car was in the showroom. I
had to bring the car back to pick up a key and owners manual, which I was
told I would have to do, your service manager STU was very helpful. the only
one who was unhappy about the deal was my checkbook. overall a good car and
a good deal.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Debra – Leominster, MA

Mr Chambers,

Can I just say that on Dec 5th I leased an Infiniti Ex and I had a wonderful
experience to say the very least. It all started with my brother asking if I
wanted to go with him while he was going to purchase a new Infiniti as well
the week before. Well, I went along for the ride but had no real intention
of purchasing anything right away. I had leased a 2007 Nissan Altima and the
lease was ending on 1/10/2010 so I just went to start looking. The Sales
person that we corresponded with was Anthony Carlino. He is a true asset to
your Dealership!!! He sat with my brother first and then took the additional
time to have me drive the Infiniti EX and explain everything about it. I
have never had the service that he extended to us in the past at any
dealership and I appreciated all the “QUALITY” time he spent with both of
us. Once I drove the EX I was hooked and from that point on Anthony did what
ever was in his power to do so in order that I might be able to purchase
this car. I have not had the opportunity to deal with any other sales person
from your dealership nor do I ever want to. If the sales people at your
dealership are all as excellent as Anthony I can understand why you are as
big a dealership as you are. Customer Service is no. 1 in my book because I
too, am in a customer service position and it is fantastic to see that it
truly does exist!! I would just like to close by saying that not only did I
buy an infiniti but also made a friend and that doesn’t happen every day.

My husband and I are in our thirties but are told by everyone we
look about twenty.  And also I am an Abercrombie snob so I pay a lot of
money for ripped clothing.  My point is that when we go to places were
things are expensive we are always treated rudely and ignored.  Even when we
were looking when we bought our house.  My husband and I make well over
150k.  Tuesday my husband totaled his car I found the Acura RSX on line
called up and discussed a good time to go see it.  When we got there the man
I spoke to over the phone came down and said he would get a sales rep.
Right away Anthony Carlino came over introduced himself offered us coffee
and then took us into his office.  I told him the car we wanted and he said
ok but he wanted us to learn a little history about Herb Chambers.  He then
proceeded to get the portfolio for the car.  We looked it over, he gave us a
tour of the dealership and then let us take the car for a drive.  I want you
to know that after spending a little time with Anthony I didn’t feel like I
was talking to a salesman but rather a new friend.  I could make this
comment about five pages long.  However I think the most important thing
that needs to be said is that Anthony was awesome he made what had been a
very stressful time easier he went out of his way for us.  To sum it up
Anthony was awesome and I would recommend him.

I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your
Infiniti dealership in Westborough. To say that it was the most courteous,
accommodating, professional and friendly service that I have ever received
from any car dealership is an understatement. Paul McDermott and Terry
McCormack treated me as if I was their most important customer. My
daughter’s car, a 1996 Infiniti, was brought into the Westborough dealership
for repairs. A part needed to be ordered, so the car was not ready when
expected. I was given an Infiniti G37 as a loaner car in place of her 1996
Infiniti. I couldn’t believe it! I was hoping they would have trouble
repairing her car so I could keep your car longer which, of course, did not
happen. Her car was ready on time and at the repair cost that was quoted to
us. If I could afford to buy a G37, I certainly would. The car was amazing.
I’ve told all my friends, family and co-workers that your Westborough
dealership is truly one of a kind as is the G37.
