Positive buying experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn – Les & Eileen – Auburn, MA

Hi Herb
I just wanted to comment on the very positive buying experience we just had.
Originally I was interested in purchasing a new truck (I hadn’t even
commited to a brand) but after much discussion with Wayne Brodsky and Imad
Benelkour, not only did we buy our dream truck but also decided to lease a
new Corolla too. Now that’s salesmanship!
Seriously, I had visited Boch and Ira and can’t begin to tell you how
unpleasant both of those experiences were. Worse yet was with Madden Ford! I
will be posting negative comments about those guys on dealerater.com.
Chambers Toyota will get a thumbs up from each of us.
Everyone at that dealership was very friendly and courteous. Over the
weekend, we spent approximately 12 hours in total which wasn’t fun but that
was more the process than anyone’s fault. Our deal was hitch freeand we
picked up both vehicles in great shape before the delivery date…and
despite a snowstorm.
We have been spreading the word about our positive experience with your
dealership and salespeople. Good luck in the future and Happy New Year.
