all and he didnt know that, and he not was pushing me and treated me like

some recall work late last week and Kevin Pierce did an excellent job in
taking my car in, getting the items fixed and handing me back my car,

on another matter, i brought my other hyundia in for an overheating problem.
your service department was top notch. they fixed the problem that another
service place could not.

service on Monday, 8/17/09 when I needed to have a left low beam headlight
replaced.

Herb, I recently inquired, via internet, on prices for a Hyundai for my daughter. Almost instantaniously, I receive an e-mail and subsequently a call from Steve Stolberg of Herb Chambers of Auburn. After speaking with Steve I felt he was somebody that I could trust. As our conversation went on, I found that he use to work for my Uncle Steve, (who recently passed away) at Duddie Ford. I felt even more comfortable with speaking with him. Because I had always bought my cars from my uncle at Duddies and later at Imperial, I never had to wonder if I was being taken advantage of. I made appointment to come and LOOK at a Hyundai for my daughter. I arrived at your Aubun dealership TO LOOK and spoke to Steve who then put me in the guiding hands of Jason Harnois. Jason took my daughter and me out to the lot and showed us various vehicles. We then went for test rides. I was pleasantly pleased that Jason was very down to earth and did not hound us. We were there just TO LOOK and did not need anybody breathing down our neck while we talked. Needless to say, an hour later, we were speaking with Matthew Newhouse on our financing. Let me reitterate, I inquired via internet, spoke to Steve via telephone, came TO LOOK at your Auburn dealership, met with Steve and Jason to look at the POSSIBLITY of a purchase, and two hours later purchased a Hyunai Elantra. I just want you to know that because of the superior service and lack of hounding, I have have become a fan of the Herb Chambers organization. I am writing this because I know if somebody was dis-satisfied these people would be repremanded. It is time for people to comment of great service, and that it was I got at Herb Chambers of Auburn. These three people are an asset to your organization and should be commended. Now that my uncle is no longer there to help me when I need a new vehicle, I am glad to know that I can trust somebody else.

I just want you to know that Tom and his team did a FABULOUS job!

After I wrote this email, I called your office to follow up on the email and Nicole suggested that I contact Tom.  I did exactly that and he responded immediately, professionally, and with a real goal of resolution.

After one day of my first discussion with Tom, we drove away with another car from Herb Chambers of Westborough and a very positive experience with the team there.

Job well done across the board!  Thanks again Tom.  You are a pleasure to work with and Greg and Norman were a delight to work with in helping us find a car.  As a sales professional, I truly respect great customer service and salesmanship.  You’ve got a winning combo there in Westborough.  My husband and I both noticed and admired it as much as we are admiring the Hyundai.

Dear Herb -
I’m escalating a situation to your attention as a dedicated Honda consumer.

We have two Honda’s – one leased 2008 Pilot and one owned 2005 Civic.  We got both at HC Westborough.

Over the past 6 weeks, the Civic has been emitting some kind of noxious fume (occurs only when the engine is running.)  It resulted in my husband going to the emergency room with a number of symptoms including nausea, numbness, faint, etc.  The ruled out carbon monoxide poisoining, but could not determine the source.
My husband continues to experience intermittent symptoms and I have also one-time suffered this after a short trip as has one other passenger on a four hour trip with him.

We’ve taken it into Westborough 4 times to determine what the problem is.  Despite dedicated and good effort by the team there, it remains unresolved.   They have not been able to replicate the problem.   I just learned from the corporate office that a Honda Field REp would be the next step so I’ve left a message with Rich to set this up.

At this point, we need to speed up the work.  If we DO have to get another car, I would like to work with someone that handles sales and service so that we can somehow negotiate a solution that recognizes the frustration and problem that this car has caused.  I also think Honda would seek to be aware of this problem for their own manufacturing process.

Please advise.  I do want to stress that the team has been very professional and helpful, but now I think we are all at an impass.

I have been driving my new Hyundai Accent for about three weeks now and let me just say I have never been so happy!! I purchased my brand new 09 Accent with help from Stan and Rusty who were just great. They took the time to look at cars in my price range and explain everything thoroughly never making me feel pressured or rushed. I went in looking for a used car and ended up walking out with an 09 model and feeling one hundred percent confident.

Even when signing all those papers in the office, the guys made me feel completely at ease. Dan explained everything that I was signing and answered all of my questions without hesitation. It can be intimidating for someone who is purchasing their first car!

In all, I would come back to Herb Chambers and plan on it when I purchase my next vehicle. Thank you to you and your employees!

I figure between your Toyta and Hyundai Dealerships I have purchased 15 vehicles !!!!! Toyota four runners mostly until 2005 I bought 3 Santa Fe’s. Last Monday December 1 I recieved a phone call from Matt Duszak asking if I would like to come in and see if we could work out a deal for a new Santa Fe !!!!!!Well I told him my son has one also. Matt said bring him in.  Well my son and I went in Wed.December 3 and both of us drove away with 2008 Santa Fe’s.When I was leaving I said what about my wifes. Guess what ???  Now I have 3 new Santa Fe’s Matt Duszak is ONE GREAT salesman and I also want to put a good word in for Matt Newhouse.  He worked hard getting loans for me and worked out fine. I had a GREAT time purchasing these vehicles and you have a GREAT group of young men working for you. Final note I am now the proud owner of 3 2008 Santa Fe’s and 1 2007 FJ Cruiser purchased at your Auburn Toyota Dealership  Thanks for your time.   Tom
