We just purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, we entered the dealership and a wonderful woman by the name of Stephanie Killian greeted us. We had our two children with us she treated them like they were her own, she was great with them. We left that night and returned the next night to complete the purchase. The ONLY reason we returned was because of Stephanie, she was kind, polite, and made our kids feel at home. If all sales people could be a little like her then the intimidation factor regarding “car shopping” would be greatly reduced. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Stephanie, if it were not for her we would have purchased elsewhere.

You have a good dealership there, with Stephanie’s help, Corey, Jim and Alexandra they helped to pull the sale together. Stephanie was the driving force however for our 3 trips to the dealership.

P.S. Put a little extra in her commission check she really deserves it.

Hummer Purchase at Herb Chambers Flagship Motorcars, Lynnfield, MA, Ben – Tunisia, North Africa

Just taken delivery of 2008 hummer h3 in Tunisia (yes, that  is correct, Tunisia, North Africa) and the staff we were liasing with throughout the sale were just fantastic!! Derek Munro, Mark Bertoli  and Gilberto Otario are super guys.  Very honest and never too busy to  answer any questions or concerns we had.  As for the vehicle, My Husband  could not be happier with his new toy!! He says it looks immaculate and is so delighted with his purchase.  My only concern now is that he does return to the UK now and I don’t become a Hummer divorcee!!

Caring situation at Herb Chambers C/B/P/H in Danvers – Lauren – Danvers, MA

 My father passed away in October, and with all the running around we
completely forgot about his car.  My mother called me one day and said “the
car needs to go away” every time she looked at it, it too much of a memory
for her to deal with.  I had no idea where to start to even try to get rid
of it.  I called the dealership in Danvers and spoke to Sal.  He told me
that he would make sure Emelio was there to help me with this situation.  So
I went down to speak with Emelio.  He was great!!  He was able to take the
car, pay off the loan, and make this whole situation as non-stressful as
possible. 

Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making this easy for my family!  We
really appreciate it!

Purchase of a Hummer-Herb Chambers Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac & Hummer-Corey & Tara-Danvers, MA

To Whom it may concern,

 

I would like to take a moment to recognize a few individuals most notably one of your Sales associates in your Chevrolet Buick Pontiac & HUMMER dealership in Danvers. My wife and I visited your dealership on Memorial Day 2009. My wife was interested in a HUMMER H3 and wanted to trade in her 2008 VW jetta. To be honest I get stressed out dealing with Car Sales man/women because most dealerships can be overly pushy and this is a major turn off when car shopping. However all of your sales people that we dealt with were extremely friendly and not one was making our day stressful or demanding. We dealt with a Great Sales consultant named Corey Stewart. I understand that he has only been at the Danvers location a few months, but he was top notch. Extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He went out of his way to get something to eat for us on the grill. (They were having a cook out that day at the dealership). He followed up on every question we had for him regarding our future purchase. Well we decided to make the purchase on a pre owned 2006 HUMMER H3 that my wife fell in love with. We were scheduled to pick the vehicle up on Friday 05/29/09 at aprox 3pm.  This is Corey Stewarts scheduled day off. When I arrived I was very surprised to see Corey there at the dealership on his day off making sure that I had no issues getting my new HUMMER. The vehicle we got was having some custom leather seats put in so it wasnt at the dealership. Corey Stewart went to the place that was installing the leather and drove the truck back to the dealership. He then waited another few hours while they detailed the truck and prepped it for delivery. I told Corey that he did not need to wait around and I would be fine. He waited until everything was complete and at that point did he actually leave. Ive boughten many cars and have visited many dealerships. Not once have I come across such a great person who makes the buying a car experience an enjoyable one, lets face it for most people this is a very stressful and trying experience when making such a big investment. Corey truley made this a great buyers experience and that you should be proud to have an employee like that. I know what it means to have valuable team players working for you and I also know that not everyone takes the time to compliment others when credit us due. Its usually the bad experiences that people tell others about. Well Ive told no less than 20 people so far on my experience and continue to tell many more and this is all thanks to your staff, and your MVP employee Corey Stewart.

 

I really hope this can make it to Mr. Chambers himself because I think he deserves to know the special employees he has working for him and make him proud. You have won over a new customer with the one experience we had with Corey Stewart. Two thumbs way up.

 Good Afternoon,

A few months back I had an issue at the Danvers showroom. After an e-mail to you, everything so taken care of. I wanted to Thank you.

 I mentioned I was interested in purchasing another vehicle. I did return to the Danvers store. I did indeed purchase another Hummer. The salesman Clinton Gerrish was wonderful, along with anyone and everyone I dealt with. I thank you for for taking my prior issue seriously. I recently had 2 vehicles serviced in Danvers, my vehicles were serviced with big smiles and a few jokes. The service department is wonderful, especially Jack. My trucks were returned cleaned and quicker than I expected. It was great, again thank you.

I am in the market for an SUV for my daughter, who gets to drive in 2 weeks. I will purchase her vehicle from your Danvers showroom. I hope to remain a loyal customer. I have spoken to Emilio in Danvers, we have plans to meet the first of next week.

I just wanted to take the time to tell you I had the best service and a few laughs as well. You need to know about the wonderful people you have there, not just the complaints.

Herb, we just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the two indivuals at this dealership Dear Jason Bradley and Tina (service dept) My name is Marie and my husband and I just bought a 2005 Buick Terraza from your company, as you may know we had a few problems ie missing headphones, key issues, scratches ect. we wanted to take the time to write to you despite all the problems and issue we had you worked them all out for us in a very courtesy and professional manner and for that we thank you!
