This feedback is long overdue.

In March 2006 I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from your dealership in Westborough. This is a quality vehicle purchased from a high quality dealership staffed with high quality professional individuals.

When I walked into Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough I knew I wanted a Honda Civic and wanted to purchase it from your dealership. The thought to ‘dealer shop’ was not on my agenda.

James Sweeney was my first contact in my walkabout in your dealership showroom. Jim greeted me with a hand shake and immediately received his professionalism, his high knowledge of the different Honda models, his gentle manner/patience. There was never a sign of ‘high pressure sale’. We took the drive and he gave me ’space’ to think about the purchase. The day I picked up my new 2006 Honda Civic Jim explained the run of the vehicle inside and out. I was blown away of his knowledge on the features of the Honda. Working with Jim Sweeney was a pleasure, and in my view a quality person working for your organization.

I have my Honda Civic serviced by HCW and when Jim sees me in the waiting area he has always come up to me with a greeting. Again, Jim is a high quality professional.

For the past 3 years HCW has serviced my vehicle with routine maintenance and detailing and your service department is staffed with professionals. Each visit is received with a hand shake and ‘how can I help you’. Rich Murray, Michael Parslow and Scott Kinney have taken care of my car service needs several times and these gentlemen are well trained professionals that know how to deliver service for Honda and your organization in Westborough.

As I stated in my opening, this feedback is long overdue. Today I deliver words that express my pleasure walking in Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough knowing the high quality of service I will receive.
