Herb, I hope this gets to you.

First I would like to let you know that I am commenting on both the Lexus dealership and the Burlington Honda dealership.

I just want to say what a great team that you have assembled.  I have bought
6 cars in the last 3 years, 12 if you count me and my buddy Steven.  We bought and sold/traded at the same time, each time.

The professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and going above and beyond is far superior than I have ever experienced in all the years that I have purchased cars.

As a Human Resources Manager, I know how important it is to recognize your employees.  Without excellent employees a company is just not a great company.

I just want to mention a few folks that work for you that have made our experience an excellent experience that will keep us coming back to you and your dealerships.

No Pressure at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, Judy – Bedford, MA

I just purchased a used Honda CRV from Herb Chambers Honda of
Burlington and would like to comment on what a positive experience it was.
This was my first experience buying a car by myself and I was intimidated.
After doing months of research and looking at similar cars online, I was
pleased to find a quality vehicle at what I think was a fair price.

I consider myself fortunate to have worked with Sergio Urquijo to buy the
car. Sergio was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated his approach. I
felt no pressure and everything went very smoothly. When I bought the car he
told me that they would go over the car and make sure everything was in good
working order. I was pleased with the outcome – new brakes and rotors,
alignment, differential service, replaced fluids, wiper blades, a second
automatic lock key, etc. I felt that I was delivered a tight vehicle in good
working order. And I thought that was the end of that.

But then I noticed that the automatic lock for the driver’s side passenger
door was not working and there was a small area on the rear door hinge where
the paint had chipped off. I was nervous about bringing the car back to
address these things because I thought that for sure once the sale had
closed, that would be the end of the good treatment. I was very pleasantly
surprised that Sergio was extremely responsive to my concerns and resolved
everything efficiently. I felt that he was very concerned about making sure
everything was all set and that I was happy with the car.

It was a very big deal for me to buy this car. I am now a single mother and
trying to make ends meet is challenging. For me, buying this used car was a
stretch. I wanted to find a nice, safe, and reliable car that could take me
and my son on many wonderful outdoor adventures, and I feel that I found
one. For Sergio to treat me with the respect of someone buying a fully
loaded, brand new car made the whole experience much better and more
positive than I expected it to be. I hope this car lasts me a very long
time. But I will return to your dealership should the need arise, with great
hopes that Sergio will be there to help me. And I will also recommend him
and your dealership without reservation. Thank you so much.

Today I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Honda Fit from
your salesperson Patrick Sisk.  Having done some shopping at other
dealerships I can honestly say that our experience with Patrick was the
deciding factor in purchasing a new Fit at the Burlington dealership.  When
shopping at another dealership we were offered a potentially better deal but
Patrick?s pleasant personality and obvious dedication to his job made us
choose him.  He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and made me
feel like he was on my side.  I didn?t feel pressured into the sale and when
it was completed I he made sure that everything was explained and
understood.
   Another thing I appreciated was the time he took to make sure we
understood each step and took the time to explain any delays encountered so
I didn?t feel like I was forgotten.  It was a small thing to do, but made me
feel like I was kept in the loop.
   I will be recommending Patrick to any friends looking to purchase a
new vehicle.  It was a wonderful experience.

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

A week ago I sent you a letter, regarding servicing my vehicle in Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. The very same day I was contacted by Mr. Gerry Salois General Manager of the facility. On the next day Mr. Salois met me in person and we discussed my concerns. Later the same day he introduced me to his team members on the service side and the vehicle repair was expedited. All the time I was treated with a highest level of care and respect.

I picked up my vehicle today and I have to admit, I am extremely pleased with the results. My vehicle is repaired to the highest standards of the industry and virtually looks like new. Ones again Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington proved to me that they really value their costumers.

I would like to use the opportunity to thank Mr. Salois for his personal involvement in the matter. It means a lot to me that an official of his rank is willing to meet in person with a regular costumer and treat him as a member of the family. Needless to say, I look forward to continue being part of the family of Herb Chambers and service my vehicles with you in the future.

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Sven and I am a Herb Chambers costumer since early 2004 when I bought from you my first Accord. Two weeks ago I brought my present vehicle Accord EXL 2009 for service at one of your dealerships, namely Herb Chambers Burlington. After diagnostics, which took a day the vehicle was “accepted” for steering column replacement on the next day. The actual repair took another day. Both times I had to rent a vehicle on my own. After the repair, on my way out of the dealership I noticed a deep dent on the rear bumper. I promptly called back and returned the vehicle. The service advisor, very polite and understanding person was very surprised, apparently on one reported the damage to him and correspondingly to me. The vehicle was scheduled again for rear bumper repaint. The actual painting of the bumper took five (5) days and I was provided a vehicle this time. I was called the last Saturday to receive the vehicle. It was rainy and dark day, the vehicle was wet and the paint job looked good at that time. The next day when the vehicle dried out the real truth was revealed. The pain finish was rough and dull and small drop size white spots were visible all over the surface. On close look is visible that the bumper was actually not even removed form the vehicle but painted on it.

Initially I thought of returning back to Herb Chambers Burlington and complain again, but on a second thought I decided that I will fix it on my own and write this letter to you. It seems that every time they had the car the job was getting bigger and bigger. I can not risk further damage to the vehicle. You just lost a long time costumer and may be not just one. I am not sure if I am going to set my foot in a Herb Chambers dealership again, thanks to the “professional” work of Herb Chambers Burlington that turned my eight months old twenty eight thousand dollar vehicle to a cheep ride. Great service at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington – Michael – Winchester, MA

I really appreciate the great service I got from Honda of
Burlington.

Two weeks ago I bought a used Honda Odyssey. I promptly ran down the
battery, but thought the starter was defective. Your team fixed the car and
paid for the towing. A very nice, and unexpected touch.

For what it is worth, in the last five years I also bought three new cars –
S550,E320, and Range Range Rover — from your dealerships. The great
service I got on those cars made me turn to your dealership when looking for
a car for my babysitter.

Fourth Honda purchased at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington – William – Wilmington, MA

Mr. Chambers, I am writing to tell you that we just purchased our
fourth Honda, a result of the excellent customer service and the courteous,
respectful treatment that we have experienced at your Burlington facility
over the years.  We have been proud to refer many friends who have been
shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
salesperson this time and just couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful and
personable.  Both Josh and Sergio are assets to your company and staff like
this goes a long way in preserving clients and in generating referral
business.  We are always happy to refer business based on the way we have
