A Pleasant Experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Jessica – Cumberland, RI

I had such a great experience at this dealership this past week.
Once I arrive at the dealership,I told my salesperson Maged Aboudib what I
was looking for, what I didnt want and what I was looking for my payments to
be.  He went and found a car on the lot that fit my criteria.  During our
test drive, he was very informative both about my specific car as well as
Honda in general.  He was able to answer all of my questions in regards to
the Certified warranty and made it very easy to understand.  Maged was in no
way pushy with the sale as he allowed me to sit in the car and take things
slowly once we arrived back at the dealership.  Once the sale was complete,
I had to wait a few days for the car.  Maged called me with updates on the
car and kept me updated with what was happening with the car.  Maged made
his best efforts for me to get the car on Wednesday.  He was able to get the
inspection, registration, interior and exterior fixed even with the small
obstacle we ran into…and we still met the goal for Wednesday pickup.  He
went above and beyond what was necessary.  I appreciate his help and would
offer this dealership to friends and family in a heartbeat.  Thank you Maged
and Herb Chambers Seekonk for making my experience as pleasant as it was.

Memorable Purchase at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, Zelda – Jamaica Plain, MA

Dear Herb,

I want to tell you how much of a great experience I have had with Howie
Reske, Kathy Smith, and Jedo Gonclaves at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston.
I recently purchased a new Honda Civic Coupe and Howie, Kathy, and Jedo were
all integral in creating a positive experience for me. Unlike other
dealerships, I was thankfully not pressured; instead, because of the
comfortable atmosphere, I felt confident in the price we negotiated and the
financing package that Jedo helped me with. Kathy walked me through my
beautiful Honda and all its specifics. As always, she was such a delight to
talk to.

I want to applaud you for heaving such a great team at Herb Chambers
Infiniti of Boston. Due to the genuine customer service and no pressure
environment, Howie, Kathy, and Jedo helped make this purchase a memorable
and happy one. Also, your services department is a major plus to have.
Unfortuntaley, my font passenger tire was slashed in just the second week,
but your Services Department helped changed this sad event to again a
positive one. Having my car washed and vacuumed inside without any extra
charge was something that brought me great happiness, especially since I
didn’t expect it!

All in all, you have a great team at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston; and
from my personal experience, Howie, Kathy, and Jedo help make that team a
superior one!

Mr. Chambers, it was a very pleasant experience with the dealership
I went to for the purchase of my car. Jason and Giau  was a really good help
and was very professional. I also liked that they did not do what normal
dealerships would do try to take advantage of the customers or bug them to
purchase cars from them like what I have experienced with Boch dealers.

First Infiniti Purchase at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, – Melanie – Brighton, MA

I have been a longstanding Honda and Acura loyal customer.  I
currently lease a BMW.  With my lease term coming to its end, I started test
driving several cars. I was ready to buy an Acura but after doing some
online research, decided to “try” the Infiniti despite the fact that I had
not loved the feel of the car 3 years ago. I specifically went into Infiniti
of Boston because I knew James Bulger from Honda.  As always, I found him to
be nothing short of professional, and fair to deal with.  I have to admit
that I was not impressed with my first test drive 3 days ago but because of
James’ professionalism and my loyalty to him, I really wanted to give him
the business.  I decided to return to try it one more chance yesterday.
James set me up with Jose Goncalves who was knowledgeable, fair, honest and
professional.  If it were not for the tremendous customer service that both
myself and my boyfriend experienced with James and Jose, I would not have
purchased what I hope to be my first in a long line of Infinitis.  I would
be remiss if I did not inform you of what a tremendous asset these 2
gentlemen are to your organization and I will most definitely spread the
word.

Delighted with Resolution from Herb Chambers Honda Burlington – Joanne, Burlington, MA

I sent a note last week regarding an issue that occurred the last time we brought our vehicle in for service.  I was surprised and delighted to recieve a call the following business day asking for additional details and 24 hours later the issue was completely resolved – I have to say beyond my expectation of resolution.  We very much appreciate the attention this matter was given and wanted senior management to know that the gentlemen who I dealt with was courteous, empathetic and most of all, professional and I wanted to say Thank You vey much.  He is clearly an asset and an advocate for your business.

We were long time service customers as we own 2 Honda vehicles.  We brought one in for service on 9/25.  Part of that service was tire rotation.  My husband marked the tires so he could confirm the service was completed.  When they brought the car to him, he noticed the tires were not rotated.  He told your service manager, who said he would check.  He came back and told him it was completed.  It was obviously not completed and nothing my husband said convinced him otherwise.  My husband reluctantly paid the bill.  We consider this to be beyond bad service, we consider this both a safety issue and a fraud issue and feel you and your management team should be aware.

Fourth Honda Purchase at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, William – Wilmington, MA

Mr. Chambers, I am writing to tell you that we just purchased our
fourth Honda, a result of the excellent customer service and the courteous,
respectful treatment that we have experienced at your Burlington facility
over the years.  We have been proud to refer many friends who have been
shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
salesperson this time and just couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful and
personable.  Both Josh and Sergio are assets to your company and staff like
this goes a long way in preserving clients and in generating referral
business.  We are always happy to refer business based on the way we have
always been treated.

Honda Civic Hybrid Purchase, Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Erica – Fall River, MA

Hello Herb,

I wanted to let you know I first contact Honda-Seekonk  a few weeks ago.
Fred Celest was very helpful. I had gone to Balise Toyota in Warwick to
check out a car and the service was horrible I walked out. I stopped in at
Seekonk without planning to and asked for Fred, he hooked me with LJ. LJ was
so great and patient and I wasn’t sure what I wanted and how much I can
afford, but he helped me and I sighed the papers for 2007 Civic Hybrid. I
never thought I could afford and own a Hybrid. Paul Zito has been great all
week as I tried to get a loan from my bank and was denied and needed to go
to AAA ( for the lowest rates)
I picked up my car Saturday and love it !!!!

Your staff is wonderful and I am happy to boast about my purchase and
service from Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. I look forward to a long
lasting relationship for years to come.

Purchase of a Honda Accord, Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk Nancy – Middeleboro, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
    After having a really poor experience at another Honda dealership where
we’d gone to to purchase a new car, my husband suggested that we try the
Herb Chambers Dealership in Seekonk.  We arrived there after work at 6:30 in
the evening and the salesmen were all very busy.  Someone greeted us at the
door and asked if anyone had tried to help us.  When we told him that no one
had, he said that he would send someone right over.
    Within moments, Bruce Stein arrived and offered to help.  Although I
suspect that he had already had a long busy day and probably had not eaten
since lunch, he patiently explained at lenght how the government was
processing Cash for Clunkers auto purchases.  He was calm, friendly, detail
oriented, professionally dressed and professional in his manner -
outstanding.  He made buying our new Honda Accord Ex-L a very pleasurable
experience!
    When it came to financing, it was about 9:00 PM and Tom Arsenian was
just a pleasure to work with as well.  He was smiling and welcoming as well
as very professional.  He affered us a panorama of services for our new car
and processed the paper work quickly and efficiently, again – outstanding!
    We felt that you should know that because of the treatment we received
by these two gentlemen, we would’t hesitate to recommend a Herb Chambers
Dealership to our extensive group of family and friends.
     Since we know that the polished approach to the public exhibited by
Mr. Stein and Mr. Arsenian come directly from the tone you expect from your
personnel, we’d like to thank you for a VERY nice experience.

Excellent Car Buying Experience, Herb Chambers Honda Westborough, Gina – Holliston, MA

This was my first experience in buying a car at a Herb Chambers
dealership and it was the wonderful. Pleasant is usually not a word one uses
to describe car buying but it was. It was by far the best experience I have
had in purchasing a car. My salesman Khoa Nguyen was excellent. He could not
have been better. He was straight forward, non agressive, and very
informative. I have been telling everyone I know that I will never buy a car
anywhere else.

I want to commend Drew Hill on solving my issue promptly and professionally.  I had a refund due to me for an unused extended warranty contract, and my prior contact was initially responsive but then the communication went cold.  Drew picked it up for me, solved the issue, and I had a check promptly in my hands.  Not only did he fix it, he called me back, several times, to let me know what was going on.   Please pass on my thanks to him.
