We went yesterday morning to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn to
purchase a vehicle.  We had been test driving Odyssey’s and Sienna’s for 2
days and we decided on the Sienna. We found the Sienna we wanted in the
Auburn inventory and knew the price we wanted to pay.  My husband went in
with a specific number, and was met with excellent customer care and
satisfaction.  We were met with a competitive price and great service, and
you once again earned out business. We went back together that night, did
the paperwork, and drove our new Sienna home.  Elmer Voisine was our sales
representative and he was excellent.  He was personable and highly
professional.  Our financial person was Imad, and he also took his time
with us and was excellent.  I will be bringing my van it next week to
change the registration and also to have the DVD installed and I was
informed that I would get a loaner car while my vehicle was being
serviced. This is the expectation that I have for excellent service when
buying, and I have to say that you met. Since we wanted to buy a vehicle
from you, and knew our price we wanted to pay, we cut out the some of the
“back and forth” that happens with car shopping. Thank you again for
another wonderful purchase.

Dear Herb Chambers,
My Dad Has purchased a 2001 Toyota Camry Le from Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn Tim Dalton was our sales man. He was great very professional. Next in
2005 My dad also purchased a 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 4×4. Tim Dalton was our sales man for that too. We then bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla xle.
My dad called Tim Dalton he put us in the right car for a great price again!
Our recent car purchase was in August 2009 A 2010 Rav4 Sport. We worked with Tim Dalton and we got another great vehicle!

I Am almost on  Herbchambers.com every day! I even Downloaded the Herb Chambers App on my i pod!

I was wondering why you don’t have a Nissan Dealership? You have so many other great dealerships.

Hello and Happy Holidays to you.  I purchased a 2011 Tacoma today and wanted to complete a
survey but when asked to log in, I did not have a password so I thought I’d write directly to you, Mr.
Chambers.

Jimmy was the salesperson.  He is professional, polite and a true gentleman.
He delivered the vehicle when he said he would.  No undue or uncomforable pressure.  A TRUE salesman whom
I will do business with again soon.

Shawn, the finance manager, is a delight.  I enjoyed working with him. Great sense of humor which makes
it easy to get through the process.

Dan, the manager, is a great guy.  You’ve definitely got the right man to be running the show.

These three individuals are a great representation of Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn.  You might want to

My 2008 Prius was finally involved in the accelerator/floor mat recall program. Last Sunday I took my car over to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn to leave it so that the recall could be completed during a scheduled appointment on Monday. I walked out into the showroom and met Jason, a salesman. We looked at a 2010 Prius IV and took it for a test drive. During the test drive service called me to say the recall had been completed on my 2008.
The test drive was successful. My wife and I have a “glitch” in our credit history but the dealership was willing to work with us to maximize rebates and minimize expenses. On Monday evening we drove out with our new Prius.
Thanks Herb Chambers for a dealership that is professional yet humanistic.

Hi,
I can’t believe I’m writing you for a second time about your Auburn dealership. (It should be a training center) We had the best experience working with Pat O’Brien Jr. in the parts department.  When we bought our truck we purchased tires to be put on later but they weren’t aggressive enough so we they ordered us new one.  The new ones were snow tires which I didn’t want.  We had planned to leave them on year round.  Pat did a lot of research to find us the right tires.  He was very nice about it and the new tires are perfect.  He was a joy to work with, very accommodating.
Also we had a couple of minor things fixed at the service department and everyone there was extremely pleasant.  Good Job….

Always Been Dealt With Fairly and Expiditiously at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Mark – Sutton, MA

Herb–just want you to know I bought my 4th RAV 4 from Dan Bordolucci and Tim Dalton this past week.  I have always been dealt with fairly and expiditiously by these guys.  I have referred many of my friends and family to go to Auburn and tell the guys I sent them.  the feedback I have gotten has been excellent.  The dealership is managed very well I’d say.  I’ve never had any problems getting service and if I ever have a problem Dan and Tim have jumped right on it and provided me and my group with immediate satisfaction.  As long as these guys are there, I’ll keep buying from H.C.TOYATA of Auburn!!! It’s great having a dealer you you can trust.

Dear Mr Chambers:

I work for a company that has given me a company car for the past thirteen
years, so I have not had to purchase a personal vehicle in all that time.
Recently I have found that I have a need to purchase a new truck. I’m
writing this letter to let you know that you absolutely have THE BEST
Executive General Manager for your dealerships.  If it weren’t for Dan
Bertolussi, I would have purchased my vehicle from Harr Toyota in Worcester.
Last week, I was pressured into signing a contract with Harr Toyota by the
end of the day.  They told me that they really needed me to close by the end
of the night because it was their end of the month and they needed me to
meet their quota. Although I was comfortable with the price that was
negotiated, I couldn’t help feeling like I got cheated out of money on my
trade-in.  I stayed up all night researching the trade-in value of my car
and realized from every site I looked at, that in-deed I did get cheated out
of the full value.

I work in sales for a pharmaceutical company as the Senior Executive Account
Manager for several New England states, and some of the major traits the
company looks for in hiring is a person who demonstrates certain core
values;  a few of these are transparency, integrity, and customer focus.
I’ve been through many negotiating classes and classes to help us recognize
personality traits; with that said, from the moment I met Dan, I felt like
he could be trusted.

I told him about my experience with Harr from the night before and how I
didn’t feel good about the sale.  I told him that I was willing to cancel
the order if he could make a better offer.  Dan was very honest with me and
looked in the book on my trade-in value, and immediately told me what I
already knew, which was that I could’ve got signifcantly more on my car.

I went back to Harr to let them know that I wasn’t happy with their sales
tactic, and that I prefer to deal with Herb Chambers.  Their reaction to my
decision was disgraceful.  First I was told that the deal had already gone
through and it was too late (which I knew it wasn’t).  Second, they
bad-mouthed Herb Chambers by stating that the business has really been
hurting there, because Harr has taken the market share lead and Herb
Chambers is desparate (they then agreed to match the price and take $500 of
more).  Thirdly, they refused to give me the car keys back from my trade-in
(they told me that the sales guy wasn’t in and took the keys home).  It got
heated and the manager ended up miraculously finding the keys.

With all this said, I think you have realized now that I will always be a
loyal Herb Chambers customer, and will never go back to Harr Toyota.  I only
purchased the Toyota Tacoma for one- two years because I’m doing new
construction on my house and needed a truck.  In a year or two, I will be
visiting Dan Bertolussi again for a luxury vehicle.  His honesty and
integrity is what will make me a loyal customer for life.  I have already
told numerous friends about my experience and strongly suggested that they
use Herb Chambers for future purchases.

We bought a truck yesterday and I had to write you about an
exceptional employee.  Jeff Moran  was probably the nicest, down to business
car person I have ever dealt with.  No only did he not waste our time, he
showed us a bed covers (on his own truck) and how it work.  He made our
truck buying experience a real pleasure.  I’ve never said that before.  As a
result of his help we are getting the cover and tires from your dealership.
He is a keeper…
