Going Above And Beyond Anything Anyone Would Ever Expect at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Mark – Framingham, MA

To whom it may concern:

I want to express how truly outstanding the customer service I received, and consistently receive from Mark Forcucci at your Lexus dealership.  I have had some unfavorable experiences from the service department in the past, and Mark has always made sure everything worked out and I left happily.
This past Friday, I hit a sizable rock (think rock wall size) and my car had some damage to it.  While it was drivable, there were definitely things wrong wit the car.  I called Mark directly on Saturday morning and he told me I could bring the car in that afternoon.  After arriving he had a technician look at the car and they determined that there was some damage to a tie rod etc. and he offered me a loaner car, which I will return on Tuesday morning and get a rental car. 

Anytime someone is involved in an accident, it is a less than pleasing event.  Mark truly made my weekend better by going above and beyond what anyone should expect.  There are a lot of places you can buy cars, and even more places that you can have your car serviced, it is people like Mark that set Herb Chambers Lexus apart from the competition.

I am  riding in my fourth Lexus purchased from you. I just want to compliment you on the superb facility that you built on the hill in Sharon.
The treatment that I receive there matches the quality of the facility. I want to give special notice of the fantastic service that I receive from Holly Brugliera in the service department. Working with Sam Pellows during the purchase of my last two vehicles took the pain out of buying a new car.
He goes the extra mile! He even came to my home on his own time and helped to program the car garage door opener when I was having a problem.

This kind of treatment slides downhill as part of the culture that you have established.

Diligence and Hard Work Paid Off at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Michelle – Auburn, MA

Good afternoon.  I just wanted the chance to mention the excellent experience I had at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon due to Sam Prucsek.  My husband and I, who are from Auburn, MA, took 2 trips to Sharon, which is approximately 1 hour away.  The first trip was to test drive a vehicle we had seen on the internet.  I ended up loving the vehicle and worked with Sam in making the deal.  However, when going to get the paperwork, Sam found out the vehicle had already been sold that afternoon and it had never been marked as such.  I could have been completely frustrated with the dealership at this point, but Sam worked with us for days to find a vehicle that was within my price range and that I loved.  Due to Sam’s diligence and hard
work, I am now driving my Hyundai Santa Fe.

having Daniel Maguilla contact me to listen to my concerns over my recent
purchase. He took note, but more importantly, took action, and within 24
hours, my appointment was made, a loaner car was secured, and to my great
satisfaction, all repairs were made. Dan personally came to greet me, looked
over my vehicle, and I was underway with a loaner for 5 days, or longer, and
if necessary, my vehicle would be delieverd to me in Maine. I’m sure you

I took delivery of a 2010 Lexus Rx 350 today.  This is my first
Lexus and my first experience with one of your dealerships.  I wanted to
write you about the outstanding customer service I received throughout the
process from Dave Richmann my sales and leasing consultant.  I have to say
this was my best car buying experience in over 40 years of buying cars.
Dave always acted in a professional manner, he was very knowledgable about
the product and provided completed and understandable answers to my
questions.  The delivery experience today was outstanding.  Dave is a sales
consultant that I will recommend to my friends.  It is important that you
know that Dave does an outstanding job representing your Lexus dealership.

Outstanding Service and Going the Extra Mile at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Tim & Maureen – Hollis, NH

Below is a copy of an email I sent to Mr. Dan Negalha, Service
Manager, Herb Chambers Lexus. It is to recognize an outstanding member of
the Herb Chambers’ staff.

Dan,

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge a member of your staff.
Ms. Tina D’Erocle. 

For the last couple days I have been hearing a noise from the left front
side of my GS350. Not sure if it is brakes, suspension or transmission, it
definitely was metal on metal and the sound was intermittent at first and
this past Saturday while driving home from the cape the noise grew
dramatically in intensity and frequency.

I called your service department at about 4:42 while my wife and I were
heading back home to NH. We were northbound on 495 and initially I spoke
with a women, I believe it may have been Michelle. She informed me that the
service department closed at 5PM. I told her that I would try and make it by
5 but I might be a little late probably 5:15. Michelle told me that I needed
to be there by 5.

I had to call a second time to plead for someone to stay. I live in NH and
this Lexus was in desperate need of repair. On the second call I asked to
speak with someone else, a manager anyone that could understand our plight.

I was connected with Tina and what a relief, she provided the service that
Herb Chamber’s himself would be very proud of.  Tina offered to have the car
towed in if we felt unsafe driving it and she would wait for us. I thought
the car could make it. We did drive it into the service bay around 5:15.
Tina and Mark were there to assist. What a pleasure, Mark helped transfer
our luggage to another vehicle, Tina processed the required paperwork and we
were on our way by 5:45.

It is the outstanding service and going the extra mile by staff like Tina
that will bring me back to purchase again through a Herb Chambers
dealership.

I can not Thank Tina enough for her outstanding cooperation and assistance;
Tina is definitely an asset to your dealership.

I nominate Tina for employee of the year.
