Dear Herb,

My name is Rob, and I am beginning the process of looking for a new luxury sports car.  For me, it is huge commitment, and I am looking at many makes and models.

One dealership, not part of your corporation, treated me as I was a number, and tried to push a car on me.

When I went to your Lexus Dealership in Sharon, the difference was night and day.  Your associates are understanding, kind, and considerate.

I would like to single out Ms. Nikole Secher. I have been trying to schedule a test drive with a Lexus 250c.  I did not get back to her to schedule an appointment because my father, who is in his 80’s, was rushed to the emergency room.

At the time, she was not aware of the situation, and she wrote a very professional note asking when would be the best time to come in.  Then when I informed why I had not responded in a timely manner, she wrote a very compassionate note. To me, that speaks volumes of not only your dealership, but also of her as a person.

As someone who is a public school teacher and earning a law degree in the evening, one appreciates kind, respectful people.  It goes a long way.

I have not decided what type of car I will buy, but if all your employees at your other dealerships are like Nikole, then I know I will be buying a quality car from a quality dealer.

I do hope you read this letter, and appreciate Nikole.

Good Evening! I would like to recognize Mr. Jason Arruda (General Sales Manager) for his
exceptional customer service! In an increasingly competitive world, customer service differieniates the
winners from the losers.  I purchased a Lexus from Jason in September.  I also added the InTire coverage
on my rims and tires, although skeptical of the coverage at the time.  I had a blow out this past weekend
and was in a bind on how I would get the tire replaced under the warranty.  I called Jason and he told me
not to worry.  He came and picked up my car where I work, had the tire replaced under the warranty, and
brought the car back to me.  This situation is what I call a “moment of truth”, I needed to be helped,
and Jason delivered.  He went above and beyond, and delivered best in class customer service.  I truly
value working with Jason, and I will call on him and Herb Chambers the next time I’m in the market for a
new vehicle.  You have a very valuable asset working for you, and I wanted to take a minute to recognize
him! People like Jason make buying/servicing cars enjoyable.

Good Morning
I would just like to compliment James Briggs at your Sharon store for being an excellent representative
of your company. When we decided what we wanted, because we meet James a few months earlier, we just
contacted James and we did not go to another Lexis dealership to shop or compare. He handled our
transaction very professionally, delivered the car to our home, spent as much time as we needed going
over the how everything worked, set up our garage door openers and phones and told us to call him or stop
by if we needed additional help.

Jim is a really an excellent asset to your organization. I would also like to compliment Jackie in
Finance. Her personality, professionalism and follow up were excellent. She explained the various other
options and we purchased several both for our new car and a car we already owned.

In total we had an outstanding experience, felt we got an excellent value, and really enjoyed doing
business with your team.
