Hello Herb,

I am finally sitting down at my computer to write this note of
gratitude…

If you’ll remember, several months ago, I sent an email regarding my 2008
Honda Civic LX.  It was hit by a drunk driver, it’ll be two years ago this
weekend.  I had written to you and asked for advice on whether or not it
was possible to get out of the lease given the severity of the damage and
cost of the repairs (approx. costing $14k).  You had responded by leaving
a voicemail at my home.  Needless to say Herb, I was impressed that you
would personally take the time out of your schedule, to speak with me.

Since then, I had scheduled an appt. with your Comm. Ave. location to have
them check a few things.  My main concern since that accident has been
whether or not the unibody was damaged.  By visual inspection, all appears
to be okay, although the car was never put on a frame machine and measured
for frame damage.  Robert Hall and his tech went through the car, made
repairs and voila, several hours later (including a car wash!), I was
done.
The funny thing is, is that each time I’ve had my car in for service at
Boch (where I leased the vehicle), they have not once, made any repairs
nor adjustments knowing what had happened.

With that being said, I wanted to recognize the following individuals at
your location:

First I would like to say that the salesman Biola of the Boston
dealership was excellent! He was caring, patient, informative and
thorough. It was if a good friend was selling you the car. He made me feel
relaxed and this was important because I was prepared to walk out if I
felt any pressure in any way. This is becuase I’ve been buying cars for
over 30years and I was tired of the high pressure tactics. I was
determined to get what I wanted not what the salesperson wanted me to get.
I must have asked about or tried every vehicle in the showroom.LOL but
Biola was so patient throughout the visit.

Since my purchase I have been getting a lot of good comments on how nice
and comfortable my new Rav4 is. Also it handles very well in the snow! I’m
thoroughly convinced I made the right choice!

Everyone who helped in the process from the negotiator to the finance
person was helpful. They all communicated very well together.

Today I received the checks for the cancelled warranties on my old
vehicle.  What a pleasant surprise.  In all my dealings with other car
sales persons/dealerships none has ever helped with that procedure as you
guys at Herb Chambers have done! You guys are top shelf and I will gladly
refer anyone who is buying a car to your dealership.

The good feeling I got with my buying experience has given me the
confidence that  you will do a good job in the maintainence/servicing of
my RAV4.

Worked Double Time And Overtime To Complete The Transaction At Herb Chambers Honda of Boston, Joe – Boston, MA

Dear Herb,
This past week I had the pleasure of buying a car from Keith Banks-Obanor.
I initially walked in on Monday looking for a used car on a relatively low budget.  Keith showed me some used cars but none were a good fit.  He then showed me the 2010 Honda Insight and described payment options.  I liked the car and the finance terms, but had to talk with family members before committing.  Keith understood, but informed me that it was the last red Insight on the lot, so I gave him a deposit check in order to hold the vehicle. 
After talking with my family, I returned Tuesday early afternoon to officially commit to leasing the car.  Keith was busy tending to other clients but took the time to start the process.  He started the registration process, introduced me to the finance team, and walked me to the insurance company.  He facilitated the process flawlessly, while also tending to other customer needs.
As the sun began to go down and other employees began to go home, I was unsure if I was going to be able to drive my car home that night.  Keith worked double-time and overtime to complete the transaction.  He wrapped up the entire sale process in one day, taught me how to use the car, and enabled me to drive the car home.  Keith also just called to say Hi and make sure I did not have any other immediate needs.  I look forward to recommending.

I wanted to let you know that the experience I’ve had working with Michael Rassiccia — now on several occasions — has been outstanding every time.  It has exceeded my expectations of car dealership customer service in every way.  I neither expected the punctuality, attentiveness to details I find most people fail to see, the sort of friendly courtesy we can all be inspired by, nor the sheer honesty.  All from a service representative who may not even be a commissioned salesperson!  Regardless of how your organization structures its compensation, Michael deserves the highest consideration from you and your managers.  Although I worked with his other colleagues, too, and found Herb Chambers’ service quality to be at a high level from the outset, Michael’s bar was simply higher.
