Just wanted you to know the people who work at Herb Chambers of Braintree are the best people to do business with.  There is’nt enough they can do for you.  My daughter and her husband bought 2 cars from them and said I should try going there first and I’m so glad I did.  They are a wounderful group of people.  Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I wanted to express my thanks to you and your staff at your Braintree location. I showed and interest in a vehicle you had . Your staff : Scott Lewis , Paul Chambers and Miguel (sp?) went above and beyond to answere my questions and concerns regarding this vehicle. The result was my most enjoyable purchase ever. It would take too long to cover the details but I am more than pleased with the service and the way I was treated. I have purchased a few vehicles from your Braintree location and have always been treated this way. Further more, I have sent many friends, relatives and customers there and have always recieved a “thanks” from them. I also have the pleasure of dealing with your parts department on a regular basis and Dan , Frank and the whole staff there have never let me down. In these days I (and I would guess most) have lots of choices but your staff holds my loyalty to Braintree Ford. I thank you for selecting quality people to represent your company !

At Herb Chambers Ford Service Department in Braintree MA I am
always greeted with a smile.  Not only is the service team extremely
helpful they also go out of their way to make you feel welcomed,
respected, and valued!!!  I am grateful for the way they treat their

i made an offer on a f 150 online,made appointment to come in next
day,the truck was sold,before i got there,,Jay Rose called me after we
returned home and ordered the truck we wanted,Jay is a great asset to this
company,this was our first time at a herb chambers dealership,,we were very
upset no one called to tell us the truck was sold,,if it wasn,t for jay rose
we would have never went back to herb chambers ever again..we are waiting
delivery now and jay has called me twice to see if he can do anything for
us,,we are trading in our lexus gx 470,,,sincerly rich and donna zawaski,,ps
a free remote starter would be great
