Good morning,
My husband and I just purchased a new Jeep Liberty through Seth Anderson
at your Danvers dealership.  Our experience was fantastic.  Here’s a
little history.

We began with a visit to a dealership near to us and then went on to Herb
Chambers.  Seth’s friendly and personable attitude drew us right it.  Seth
and George spent about 4 hours discussing our vehicle and financing
options
only to have us walk out the door.   Even though we were not 100% ready to
buy that evening both Seth and George remained professional, friendly and
understanding to our personal situation.  We went on to visit 4 other
dealerships and met with some very arrogant, high pressure people.  We
found no other dealership that could compare to the friendly service and
pricing that Herb Chambers had to offer.

Seth should be commended on his fantastic salesmanship, customer service,
and winning attitude.  Both Seth and George were a pleasure to work with.

Another great experience at Herb Chambers Danvers!  I had written previously about my great buying experience with Bill Lee and John Puleo.
I’m writing today to give accolades to your Service Mgr., Bill Roust.  I had done some damage to my alloy wheels, but had fortunately, purchased the wheel insurance.  Bill had a difficult time finding someone to do the repairs, but he was determined to do so.  Bill kept in touch with me throughout the process and eventually was successful in finding someone to do the repairs.  The alloy wheels look like new and Bill could not have been more accomodating.

After my initial visit to the Dodge dealership in Danvers which was not a good experience, I received a call from Jim Klimas, and returned to the dealership.  I met with John Puleo, Josh and John (?) DiPietro. Make a long story short, I purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan.  I will miss the 4 Js – Jim, John, John and Josh, and also Bill Lee.  Everyone was so nice – I love my van, and just want to thank everyone for being so nice and going out of their way to help me finance my loan.

I want to commend Mr. David Wilson and Mr. Gregg Grace of your
Danvers dealership.  My wife and I were up from Newport for a wedding in
Peabody and on the way up my brakes failed on our PT Cruiser.  We had the
car towed to your dealership and being a holiday weekend I wasn’t sure it
could be fixed in time to return home.  Both Mr. Wilson and Mr. Grace were
extremly helpful and knowing that we were stuck without transportation back
home worked hard to make sure they could get the car fixed and back to us
before the holiday weekend started for them.  My wife and I were extremly
grateful for their help specifically and impressed with their
professionalism in both reassuring us and getting the car fixed while
keeping us informed of every step along the way (the mechanic should be also
commended for his work).  Your service department is first class and I would
recommend them to anyone as a place that puts the customer first and
provides first class service.  Thanks again and thanks to Mr. Wilson and Mr.
Grace.

Situation Resolved at Flagship Motors of Lynnfield, Louis – Lynn, MA

I want to thank Mark Hoch general manager of Flagship motors for resolving my situation with the roof of my 2006 corvette. He resolved the problem very quickly! Thanks Mark. Also would like to thank Herb Chambers chevy in Danvers for their quick service in providing me with the new roof, with a great paint job and all the fixings to secure the roof to the corvette body.

Going Above and Beyond to Make a Customer Happy at Herb Chambers Dodge of Danvers, Charlene – Pepperell, MA

Hello,  I just wanted to let you know what a positive experience I
had at your dealership in Danvers.  My son, who has nothing but good things
to say about your dealerships, found a 2008 Nissan Altima SL at your Danvers
showroom, which was exactly what I wanted.  I called and asked for the Sales
Manager and Bill Lee got on the phone with me, made sure it was still on the
lot and set me up with a terrific, honest, no bs salesman, John Puleo.  I
have to say that both Bill and John went out of their way to make sure I was
satisfied.  And, I must say, I tested them! I discovered a few ‘dings’ on
the passenger side the day I picked the car up.  John said not to worry they
would have them fixed for me just call when I was available to leave the
car.  John actually called me the following week to see when I wanted to
come in.  I was provided with a rental for the day and the dings were fixed
as best they could by Dent Wizard.  A few days later I noticed some
scratches on the rocker panel on the drivers side, I called, brought it in
and they buffed them out for me.  Bill assured me that if the buffing didn’t
work we would figure something out (and I felt confident he would).  And
finally, when I originally picked up the car there was only one
‘intelligent’ key with the car, which really concerned me. Bill called the
gentleman that traded the car and asked if he would look for the extra key
for me.  Today I got a call from Bill saying the key had been dropped off!
I would call that going above and beyond to make a customer happy! 
I can assure you, I will go back to Herb Chambers again and recommend them
to my friends.
