Fanastic From Start to Finish at Herb Chambers Chrysler Buick Pontiac Hummer of Danvers, Janet – Framingham, Ma

My experience at the Herb Chambers in Danvers was absolutely impressive. This was my best experience ever shopping for a car. Your team was fantastic from start to finish. I had done all my homework on line prior to looking at specific vehicles. I had 4 comparable vehicles in mind and had specific vehicles that were for sale at various locations. Sue from internet sales convinced me to come to Danvers from Framingham to check out a vehicle that I had inquired about. I am glad that I did!

Cory Stewart was my sales person. Cory has been fantastic from start to
finish.   He went above and beyond. He went out of his way to EARN my
business! He showed me the Chrysler Town and Country Limited that I came to see. He made sure that all my questions were answered. He was always friendly and never pushy. I like that! I liked the vehicle. It was definitely in the running.  But, I had not had an opportunity to drive the other comparable vehicles. I had a list in hand of where I was going next.
Cory found a similar vehicle to each of the other three vehicles for me to test drive and compare! Vehicles were from his dealership and the dealership across the street. ( Your inventory is fantastic)One was even a personal vehicle of another sales person who was gracious enough to let me test drive his personal vehicle. Now that is team work!! I did not have to go anywhere else. All my questions were answered. I ended up buying the Town and Country. He did not stop there. He made sure that the rest of the transaction went smoothly including delivery to my home in Framingham! Now that is service!

Sal has also been absolutely wonderful. Any issues I had with the vehicle were addressed without question. I was also very impressed with the mechanical work and maintenance work that was done to the vehicle such as oil change, alignment, brake pads etc prior to my taking posession without me even asking for it! Again, I am impressed. Some work took a little longer than anticipated due to waiting for parts. I also want to thank the technician who came to work on a Saturday ( his day off) to finish the job.
Fantastic! Sal and Cory kept me informed on the progress the whole time.
After taking posession, I had a minor problem which required the vehicle to go back to the dealer. They came to my work place, picked up the vehicle and left a rental car. The next day the vehicle was returned at my home. I did not have to do a thing!!! I can not imagine better service! Now that is service after the sale!

I will definely recommend Herb Chambers In Danvers  to anyone looking for a car. Your team is untouchable.

Hi Herb, I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I
had at your dealership at 90 Andover St. Danvers, MA – I had the pleasure of
dealing with your employee Walter Pollack, talk about great customer
service! He was very friendly and professional and put me right at ease. He
went above and beyond to finding the problem we were having with our 2006
Buick Rainier.  I will be telling everyone I know that if they are having
car problems to go and see Walter!
