Good morning,
My husband and I just purchased a new Jeep Liberty through Seth Anderson
at your Danvers dealership.  Our experience was fantastic.  Here’s a
little history.

We began with a visit to a dealership near to us and then went on to Herb
Chambers.  Seth’s friendly and personable attitude drew us right it.  Seth
and George spent about 4 hours discussing our vehicle and financing
options
only to have us walk out the door.   Even though we were not 100% ready to
buy that evening both Seth and George remained professional, friendly and
understanding to our personal situation.  We went on to visit 4 other
dealerships and met with some very arrogant, high pressure people.  We
found no other dealership that could compare to the friendly service and
pricing that Herb Chambers had to offer.

Seth should be commended on his fantastic salesmanship, customer service,
and winning attitude.  Both Seth and George were a pleasure to work with.

First I would like to say that the salesman Biola of the Boston
dealership was excellent! He was caring, patient, informative and
thorough. It was if a good friend was selling you the car. He made me feel
relaxed and this was important because I was prepared to walk out if I
felt any pressure in any way. This is becuase I’ve been buying cars for
over 30years and I was tired of the high pressure tactics. I was
determined to get what I wanted not what the salesperson wanted me to get.
I must have asked about or tried every vehicle in the showroom.LOL but
Biola was so patient throughout the visit.

Since my purchase I have been getting a lot of good comments on how nice
and comfortable my new Rav4 is. Also it handles very well in the snow! I’m
thoroughly convinced I made the right choice!

Everyone who helped in the process from the negotiator to the finance
person was helpful. They all communicated very well together.

Today I received the checks for the cancelled warranties on my old
vehicle.  What a pleasant surprise.  In all my dealings with other car
sales persons/dealerships none has ever helped with that procedure as you
guys at Herb Chambers have done! You guys are top shelf and I will gladly
refer anyone who is buying a car to your dealership.

The good feeling I got with my buying experience has given me the
confidence that  you will do a good job in the maintainence/servicing of
my RAV4.

I am taking the time to write a note of thanks as I was so
pleased with Steve and Jason with the sale of our truck. I knew what we
wanted, but could not do business with CT Ford companys as they wanted me in their showrooms. I was not going to travel to be snowed. Places close
by would not budge with prices. Many of the places became quite rude when
I commented on my knowledge and prices gained by Herb Chambers. Jason
hussled to find trucks within our cost, but still could not easily find
the color.  He then swapped trucks off a lot in CT with a dealer who was
most difficult to me.
We bought the truck we wanted for with the price we could afford thanks to
Steve and Jason. I will return time and time again as I do not mind the
travel distance to do business with someone you can count on and trust. I
have complimented Herb Chambers to many friends and family and will
continue as I know the value of the word. Thanks again!

I have now purchased my 3rd personal personal use vehicle from Herb chambers. This was by far
the best vehicle buying experience ever! I felt no pressure, and my wife and I had a blast. I wish we
could go back monthly and buy a new vehicle just because it was like a night out! Unfortunately we all
tend too lose touch with our car salesman after we leave. Lets face it, it’s a few more years before we
need another new car, and generally the salesman you had 3 years ago has far left your mind, there for
you foget who your salesman was, you may still go too the same dealership, but you generally take the
first salesman that approaches you. The next time I go too purchase a new vehicle I will be searching for
MR JIM MORIN! We loved him! When the time comes for another new vehicle, we will find Jim, and we will
find a car on the lot that we are willing too SETTLE for as long as Mr Morin is selling us the car! Hats
off too Herb Chambers for having such a great guy like Jim as your salesman! Tell Jim Morin Scott and

To the Herb Chambers Family,

I know your days are filled with hundreds if not thousands of deals, emails, problems, and solutions, but
I wanted to take a minute to write a note to add just a little to all of that.  I will be brief, so you
can get back to the work you do.

Recently I read about Herb’s decision to provide Bentleys for the funeral of the fallen soldier in
Sudbury MA.  This is a great example of big business retaining class and compassion.  Truly amazing.

In 10 short years of buying cars, I have purchased 6 (a quick rate of purchase, I know, but what can I
say, I get bored).  I have purchased all but one of those vehicles from the same dealership (not Herb
Chambers); a mediocre experience at a good price.

Because of Herb Chambers’ decision to honor a local hero, I have made the decision to do my part as well.
For as long as I live in the Boston area, I have made the decision to purchase all my vehicles from Herb
Chambers’
dealerships.

While I know this will not put your dealerships “over the top,” I feel as though it is the least I, as a
consumer, can do to support your kind and thoughtful token to a family whose hardest days are yet to
come.

Mr. Chambers, Earlier this Summer, on a late Friday afternoon, at the marina where I work someone said to me “that’s Herb Chambers”. Right away I shouted to you “hey I just bought a car from you”. You had every right to nod and walk on and go about your weekend plans, but you stopped in your tracks and smiled. You then came over and shook my hand, asked me what kind of car, and if everything went well with the sale. I hear so many complains from people all the time about, not just Herb Chambers but every dealer. People take their time to complain when something goes wrong like we they are perfect, right? Well, I’m emailing not to complain, instead I’m letting you know what a great job the service dept from the Millbury location do. Sam, the guy behind the counter, has one of the most amazing customer service I’ve seen. He’s always pleasant and willing to help. Although I keep having problems with the brakes (the car is still there) I don’t regret haven’t bought my car there and I will continue buying from them because so far, the service I get when there’s problems, it’s superb. Before I started buying cars from Herb chambers, I bought a car Ford from Millbury ford in Auburn. The people where nice until I signed the loan for the car. After I drove the car off their lot, they didn’t care anymore and once, when I brought the car for a minor repair, their service manager treated me like I was bothering him and tried to tell me it was my fault that the car had problems. He soon found out who I was and right after that, I traded my car just so I didn’t have to deal with them. Anyway. Good job guys. I appreciate it….Alberto
