I year ago I wrote to you about my great sales experience when buying my<br />
Porsche Cayenne&#8230; Today,  I am writing  to tell you that the same great<br />
experience continues with your service folks.  When dropping my car off for<br />
service, I mentioned to Frank Misciosca that a back up bulb needed to be<br />
replaced or I would be unable to get an inspection sticker. In 45 minutes my<br />
car was ready and I had a new inspection sticker ! Now, that&#8217;s customer<br />
service !!<br />
